Jin′s from the Asian horror movie "Phone" and can be a ghost or human. She's a mentally disturbed young woman who has violent mood swings, yet deep down inside possesses a good heart and only needs someone to truly befriend and understand her.
Version One: Jin-hie alive
Jin-hie is just a young high school teenager, a little unstable but for the moment happy to be in a relationship with a man named Chang-hoon. His wife does not yet know of the affair, but as long as Jin-hie can continue to see the man she loves, none of that matters to her. It seems lately that he has been acting strange, but Jin-hie was confident he'd never call off the affair. What could possibly come between them? Surely he'll soon divorce his no good wife and marry her instead!
Version Two: Jin-hie dead
"My name is Jin-hie. I was a schoolgirl from South Korea who was madly in love with a man called Chang-hoon. He was the father of my yet to be born baby, and I had plans to spend the rest of my life with him. But his wife Ho-jeong was extremely jealous of me and after a brief struggle, she threw me down the stairs and killed me with a heavy sculpture. She then buried me behind the walls of her house and sealed it off. Later on my spirit began tormenting people through a cellphone which I originally owned. I possessed several different people and eventually made them commit suicide by various methods. I showed no mercy and felt no remorse for anyone who crossed my path. but when Ho-jeong murdered her husband in a fit of rage and tried to kill the journalist Ji-won, I reanimated myself from behind the wall and finally gained my vengeance on Ho-jeong by killing her. Thus saving Ji-won's life in the process. After it was all over my body resealed itself behind the walls once more. Ji-won threw my cellphone into the water as it began to ring, hoping that would finally put my spirit to rest and end the many problems she was having. But the curse continues for anyone who has wronged me or has the same number as I. It would be best to avoid crossing my path, because you may not survive to live another day!"
