It was an age of darkness. Man was almost completely destroyed by Cell and the Androids. The threat was so terrible that New Namek was threatened and the Namekians wished earth to return alive,but Cell blasted away Shenron with the Perfect Shot.
Out from this chaos was a Namekian who was said to be Piccolo/Kami′s reincarnation. He jumped down with his demon armor and threw his elegant red cape to the side and rolled up his buff coat saying, " Cell, you will die." Cell smirked responding, "too late, Deiru! I am perfect! Now, fight me and entertain me..if you can!"
The two fought for a whole year before Deiru finally got a good hit that was enough to kill Cell. He was then visited by Beerus and the Supreme Kai of Time. Beerus said, " bravo, Deiru, now, I always say that destruction is necessary for creation,but I cannot tolerate the destruction of pudding and the dragons are dead,and it takes a lot of energy to recreate the dragon balls...go back in time and save humanity, will you?"
Deiru bowed saying, "yes , Lord Beerus, thank you for your mercy to humanity, and its been a while since I fused with Dende,but could not yet defeat Cell very easily, may I request training?" Beerus smirked saying, " only if you can entertain me long enough by this time changing endeavor."
Deiru was then cheered on. He was a Super Namek,but one of the few who could survive without becoming evil. His journey to the past took him to the point where Trunks went forward in time to kill Cell( tons of time paradoxes as the many timelines are formed). Trunks and Deiru combined their strengths together . Deiru used his Perfect Shot in one hand and Gallick Gun in another to knock Cell off guard. He then did instant transmission before unleashing a spirit bomb followed by Kamehameha right into Cell weakening him greatly,but also destroying much of the earth by accident.
Trunks cut down Cell and they shook hands as Deiru was sent back to Beerus for training.
