Gabriella took a seat while taking a sip of her long island iced tea listening to him speak about himself. "California?" She softly nods. She then answered to his questions "Me?" She paused before she spoke. I am single. I have no children. One day I would love to have maybe two children. "Yes, I was once promised to a man who I loved more than there are stars in the sky but my jealousy got in the way and ruined our relationship." I thought I was his only heart. Seems his heart loved another which turned my heart steeped in jealousy and bitterness. I felt envious. I felt jealous. On top of that, I felt shame for feeling the way I felt.. I wanted an escape from being me. My heart was wounded along with his wounded heart. I try to tip toe his memory creaks in my mind with every step, every movement, every breath I take. His name "Etherus" will continue lacing through my heart with memories that can not be erased until I die. "Maybe I will love again." It is hard for me to trust. "I have to learn to trust again." Gabriella then seemed to get a little emotional. She picked up her drink and swallowed it down all in one gulp. " I think it is time to change the subject." She glanced up at Anakin giving him a soft smile. "Well, I do have a puppy snickerdoodle to keep me company." She then softly giggle. Gabriella then stood up and walked over to the balcony with her head towards the sky staring at the stars. "The sky seems so mystical does it not?" The sky grew darker, painted blue on blue, one stroke at a time, into deeper and deeper shades of night as she just continued to stare. She listened to car horns in amidst of this city echoed -one after the other. It was as if everything was finally in its right place. It was as if she was finally who she were supposed to be. Every thing she was feeling —all made sense. Her freezing hands, the cool breeze against her face, the tears stuck in her eyes, the crowded streets, the sound of giggles coming from a distance –this city made her feel alive once again. It's like the city lights bring warmth and safety.. It's like a big blanket that is protecting me from harm. She then turned her head towards Anakin for her twinkling eyes speak of a thousand things. "Maybe I will shall this place after all." The city seems to bring me back to life again.
Gabriella glanced at her cell. "Oh my Anakin!, It is 3 am." Her beautiful smile carried along ways as she spoke.
Gabriella gave a soft smile as he followed her away from the crowd to the elevator.. "Sadly, I have not been here alot." My father passed away and he beleft it to me,
That is why I know about the exclusive upper area."I am not sure if I should continue to invest in this place or sell it." Gabby gave a slight glance to him then turned her head facing the elevator doors while the operator took them up to the penthouse exclusive balcony. Gabriella then thanked the operator as she stepped out of the elevator." Gabriella looked up at the sky and took a deep breath. "Isn't this view beautiful?" This is the best place to see the most magnificent sunset and the skyline. A personal server gave them a friendly greeting and query for immediate needs. "I shall have a cocktail, Gabby asked Anakin what type of poison he's wish to drink for this pleasant evening?" Please have a seat Anakin. "Please tell me more about yourself?" ~ Where are you from, kids, married? She then uncrosses her legs to reveal a bit of her thigh, and re-crosses them to end the preview. She caps off the flirtatious charade by taking a sip of her drink, then licks her lips and smiles.
