Kingdom of Camelot meets Empire of True Horror

Something was wrong in the lands of Horror. Camari was walking up and down in her throne room. Here and there some of her puppies was missed. When they returned they was wounded or covered in blood. To make sure what was going on she had called two of men to her. One was Malphas, a Crow demon and the other a Magician names Lamas. Lamas appeared as first "M′Lady you have called me. What are your longings?" He asked as he bowed to his Empress. With her golden glowing eye she looked over to him. "Something is going wrong here. My puppies disappear and when they come back they are wounded and covered in blood. I want to know where they go and how they are able to do that without my permission. Nobody can leave that place without I know it. "Her voice sounded angry as her hand slammed down on the table. "M′Lady. Please calm" The magician answered in a soft voice "I′m sure they just broke out of the dungeon and was hunting in the woods or fight against each other. " He tried to calm her "But If you wish I will check it for you and let you know" Again he bowed his head and with a wide smile he looked to her. Camari had watched him the whole time and gave him a wink with her hand to leave. With another bow he left the throne room. The empress narrowed her eyes as she watched him leaving. Turning around and walking back to her throne she sat down again. In her head a lot of thoughts build up. Suddenly a hand grabbed out of the dark corner behind her throne. "You have the same feeling like I, my empress." A dark haired man with a dragon on his armor stepped out of the shadows and stood next her. For a moment he got onto his knees to kiss her hand. Camari turned her head to him and gave him one of her warm smiles she saved for special moments. "Yes we have the same feeling. Something is going on and he knows what it is." The knight stood up again "What will you do now Camari?" Malphas asked her. The empress was raising again from her throne as she looked to him "you will follow him. I want to know what he is doing do not let him out of your eyes. If it is true that he has something to do with it I want his head on a silver plate. His skin nailed on my wall and his body hanging on our castle door. Nobody betrays me" Anger filled her voice as she also send Malphas away. The knight nodded and disappeared in a swarm of crows. The next days and night was silent nothing happened. None of the puppies broke out. Camari on her own was checking them and also some of the other creatures in her dungeon. None of them had any wounds. A sighs left her lips and she left again. Not knowing was already got planned behind her back. Maybe it was really just a fight between the puppies or they were hunting in the forest after their break out but still in her there was a feeling she should not trust this magician. Camari went back to her chambers. After closing the door she started to smile "It is not wise to just appear in my chambers. Do you have any news for me?" Again out of the knight in with the red dragon armor stepped out of the shadows. He bowed his head to her. "M′lady. The last days nothing happen but I found that" He opened his hand. Camari turned towards him and lift up the arrowhead in her hand. "Where did you found that?" She asked him "In the dungeon M′lady" Was his fast answer. "So my puppies was hunting or fighting against them self?" She looked at the arrowhead and her gaze and voice turned dark. "Tomorrow he will tell me they are able to us a sword hmm? This arrow is not one of ours. Not of this realm. Where it come from?" Malphas looked at her. "M′lady this is a mortal arrow. I have seen them before.. in my last life." Careful she was laying the arrowhead back into his hand "Can you find out from where it comes. I don′t want a war against a enemy I do not know." The knight nods again and then disappeared out of his room. Camari felt how something dark was coming closer. She filled a glass with some blood wine and drunk it slowly. Now sleepless night followed her. Every time she heard a noise she woke up. Looking down from her room to the dungeon. Fires was dancing around and she saw the shadows of her wolf like animals on the wall. Even this was just puppies they was already dangerous. Maenkur always build up a group about 5 to 10 animals. Leading by a alpha. Sharp teethes and claws. Dangerous red glowing eyes and acid dripping out of their mouth. Very strong animals of them was also able to set their acid on fire but just a handful of them was able to do so. There was one special Maenkur. A white alpha. He was just listen to Camari. He was high like her and if ever he had a victim in his eyes nobody was able to stop him to hunt it down. Looking down to her empty glass she sighs loud. Wrapping a coat around her body and went down into the dungeon. Just a few of the animals was fighting but then her eyes started to wide. The cage of the white alpha was empty. Fast she rushed over. Opening the door with special just she had. Nothing he was gone. How could that happen. Before the door was locked. Hear heart was beating hard and the black blood rushing in her veins. Every creature around her and miles ago was able to hear it. In this moment Malphas appeared in front of the cage. "M′lady. It is better we go" He said with a lower voice and a warning gaze. "I found something and it seems we should hurry." The knight reached out his hand. Without hesitating Camari took his hand. Both disappeared in a swarm of crows and came out close to the borders of the ghost realm. It was silent a bit to silent. The souls that called this place their home was not really friendly but none of them was to see nor to hear. Together Malphas and Camari went down the path into the realm. Destroyed huts surrounded the path to the middle of the city. The more they came closer to it the more a cold wind was blowing into their faces. "This isn′t normal.. this place is dead" The empress said as they walked closer. Minutes later they entered the market or what once was a market. A big portal was open. The whole ghost realm standing around it to held it open. Camari swallowed as she saw how the white Maenkur entered the portal together with a in black dressed creature. "Malphas" She pointed over to the white creature with tears in her eyes. Blue flames appeared around her hands and her blue eyes again turned golden. Malphas has pulled out his sword to make himself ready to fight. Anger and hate started to build up in her body. Slowly she walked closer. Should anything happen now the whole portal would broke together and she would be not able to bring back her animal and save two worlds for a war. Walking between the ghosts to reach the portal. None of them showed a reaction they just stood there. It seemed they was under the control of the dark dressed person who entered the portal. "Are you ready?" Camari asked Malphas who nods in her direction. Both stepped in together. It was like a fall of 6 feet. Hard both hit the green grassy ground. In pain Camari moaned out and rolled on her back. "Remember me, the next time we enter a portal we make sure that we land soft." She said and tried to get on her feet again. Malphas was faster and helped her up. "Where are we?" She asked. He shook his head and looked around. "I′m not sure but I think we are on earth" Camari looked to him. It was different from the place she was coming. The ground was green. Everywhere green trees and also animals was to her. A low cold wind was blowing and the air smelled fresh and clear. Not far from them the grass turned black "There I think we just have to followed that" She pointed over. Always when a creature of darkness of the horror empire was hitting something alive it died. Flowers and trees turned dead. It seemed all kind of life got stole out of them. Both was walking next to each other, following the dark grass. After a while the forest open and a castle was to see. Camari stopped suddenly. Bright banners was to see so somebody was living her. Also in the village in front of the castle seemed to be life. "Castle or village?" She asked her Knight who pointed over to the village. "Why attacking a castle if you can easy destroy a whole village and curse pain and hate." He answered her. Both rushed down. The air changed from clear to iron smell. Screams where to hear. Camari speed up more. It was too late. Her white alpha had a young woman in his mouth. She was screaming in pain. The mix of blood and acid was dripping from his mouth. "STOP IT" Camari screamed and hit her beloved animal with one of her blue fire balls. The lifeless body of the woman was falling to the ground. The acid was eating through her skin and bones as she made her last breath. The anger in her grew much more and she walked over to her animal. Eye to eye with the alpha she started to whisper. Chains surouned by darkness crawled over to him. Wrapping around him and pressing him to the ground. The alpha winced out in pain. Hear heart started to hurt but she now a punishment was needed. "Never again you will go against my word. When we are back " She paused because she was not able to speak out the words. "M′lady" Malphas screamed out. Something his her the back of her neck and she was sinking down on her knees. "To late" A dark voice appeared behind her. It was the dark dressed person from the portal. "You" Camari hissed out. The knight had hold out his sword. Just laughing appeared as the dark person vanished. The whole village was on their feet. Also the first soldiers from the castle arrived the village. "We can not run. Just hope the ruler will listen to us" The empress said with a weak voice. Laying her hand onto her neck as she felt some of her black blood was dripping to the ground.(Written by Empress Camari)
