The Mark of A Furyan (Aging) Category: Uncategorized
During the days Ryan would be in the
library swinging his stick sword learning more moves from books so he
could teach his twin sister without anyone knowing. He seemed to be a
natural with it although his only opponent was in fact a knight statue
by the fire place. The goggles his father made him hung around his neck
as the library was dark and wouldn′t mess with his light sensitive eyes.
He would only wear them going out with his sister when she wanted to
play outside.
At night he would sneak out of the house to learn how to track things in
the dark and this was much to easy for him. He never would get caught
by his mother or father due to him sneaking back in. His sister didn′t
even know and they shared the same room.
On this night Ryan slipped through his window with out a peep of noise
and he shimmied down the side of the house and he ran towards the trees.
The night was cold and that usually meant no animals where out but the
moon was not visible which made his eye sight better. As he was running
towards the trees the crunching of the snow under foot he noticed the
mark on his chest light up once more and he stopped running pulling his
jacket to the side and he touched the mark of Furyan.
The woman′s voice that spoke to him before could be heard in his ear as
if the wind was speaking to him "This mark carries the anger of an
entire race... but it′s going to hurt" it was a sense of deja vu for him
and he felt a hot hand pressed to his shoulder and the pain moved
through his body making him shake violently when he couldn′t take the
pain any longer he fell to his knees and screamed out as the energy
coursed through him and shot out around him.
Knocking down trees all around him and he fell forward into the snow
steam coming off his body as he was sweating and he opened his eyes
blinking a few times he noticed his hand beside him although it wasn′t
what his hand was supposed to look like. His body had aged due to the
stress of the mark and he rolled over on to his back breathing heavily.
The mark still aglow on his shoulder.
(Well he needed to be aged up just gave him a reason. It would appear my twin sister is still little for now lol)
