Jason chuckled softly when he heard Alexis. After walking inside of the house he walked down the steps and placed his keys on the table. "What a day, huh?" He asked.
Paul walked inside of the house and looked at Monica. "I can definitely use both. But, how about we take a shower together then a drink?" He asked with a soft smile.
Jason gave Alexis a soft smile as he parked the car. "Home sweet home." He kissed her softly on the lips as they got out and locked the car then went up the steps as he unlocked the door. "Maybe I should have saved the home sweet home for when we actually came in like now." He chuckled.
"You, must be starving, Paul. I know, I could use a good drink. And, a shower. Definitely, a shower." She, opened the door and got out, and waited for him.
Jason chuckled softly when he heard Alexis. "You are right about that. I guess I never really minded working for Sonny. Even after all this time, because after my accident when I left the Quartermaines. Luke still had his club back then, I was just so angry at everything and everybody. But, Sonny, he sat me down and offered me a job. He didn't expect anything of me, all he did was give me a job and a chance. I was always grateful for that." He smiled softly at her. "Then, we started to become friends, brothers. He was even a father to me." He looked at her. "I would still do anything for him without question but now I have a family, and I was never able to choose family first until now. You want to know something? I've never been happier." He kissed her softly on the lips.
Paul gave Monica a soft smile. "Did you know that making up time is my favorite, Wife?" He asked with a smirk. He leaned in and kissed her softly on the lips. "Let's go home." He held her hand in his and left the court house and got into their car. He drove back to the house and pulled into the driveway and parked it.
Jason looked at Alexis and nodded his head. "That is true. Brothers should not be working for each other. If anything, they should be working together. Starting tomorrow, that is going to be me and Sonny." He gave her a soft smile. "I don't know what I would ever do without you."
Jason smiled softly at Alexis. "I don't know what caused my Quartermaine memories to suddely return after all this time. It's been over 20 years since the accident. I'm glad that it happened. No, I don't want to go back and work for Sonny. He's still my best friend and he's always going to be. If he ever needs help with whatever it is, I will do it in a heartbeat. The life I have now, I was always afraid I would never be able to have my kids live a safe life but thankfully, I was able to. I'm glad that I was finally able to give you a safe life." He looked at her and nodded his head. "You make a great point. It is time that I become Sonny's partner instead of employee. Maybe, I'll meet him at the Metro Court tomorrow to discuss it."
Alexis smiled at him. "It's wonderful, Jason. And, you don't want to go back and work for, Sonny. What if you became his partner, and not work for him." She nodded her head. "I think it's time, that you became more than just an employee for Sonny. Don't you."
Jason looked at Alexis and nodded his head. "Yeah, I remember the pizzas at Thanksgiving." He smiled at her. "I never said anything to you because I wasn't sure how long they would stay. Out of no where, I started getting these flashes and I couldn't make out what they were. Then, they started to become clearer." He gave her a soft smile. "I remember quite a bit actually. Like performing at the Nurse's Ball with AJ. We were doing this cops and robbers skit, where I was the detective and he was the robber. I also remember Alan giving me this watch that Edward had given him. It might have been before my graduation, and even though I was honored, I wondered why he didn't give it to AJ. I also remember being stranded with Karen and Jagger. As well as spending the holidays at the Mansion." He took a deep breath. "There is also a memory of me not liking Sonny because of him being in the mob. Imagine that."
Alexis gasped when she heard him. "You ... you remembered the pizzas at Thanksgiving. Jason. Why, didn't you tell me, that you remembered. This is so wonderful, honey." She smiled softly at him. "Do you remember, anything else."
