Jason looked at Alexis and nodded his head. "Yeah, I'll come with you." He saw Alice and gave Kristin to her. "Thank you, Alice. We really appreciate it." He smiled at her as he left the house with Alexis and Monica. Then headed to the police station.
"Whether you do or you don't, I'm coming any way, Dylan." She, turned to Jason. "You, wanna come with me, and we can leave the kids here. Alice is here."
Dylan sighed. "Just to get Paul's written statement is all. Everything is all going to work out, I promise all of you that." He looked at them. "I have no problem with Alexis coming." He watched as Paul hugged and kissed Monica then left the house and headed to the station.
"You're taking my husband to the station. I, will make sure, that he doesn't suffer one bit. Alexis come with us. Paul, don't say anything without Alexis being with you." She, hugged him again tightly, and kissed his lips.
Dylan sighed as he heard Paul. He could tell that he was sincere. He looked at Monica. "I'm gonna have to take him to the station to get his written statement and we can reopen General Hospital now. But, as far as jail time, all I can say is with the trial, maybe, plead insanity and you can get off. You really were not in your right mind." He said as he looked at Paul then turned back to Monica. "It's going to be okay."
"Oh, Paul. Why, didn't you ever say something to, me. I could have helped you, and I still want to help you. I know how you feel, when I thought I lost Jason, and then he came back to us. Look, I'm not going any where. We're in this for better and for worse." She looked at Dylan. "What now."
Paul saw Jason with Kristin and smiled as he walked in. "Hey Jason, Kristin." He saw Monica come over to him and felt her hug. He hugged her back a little bit tighter. After hearing what she said about Alexis being his lawyer, he sighed. "Let me guess. Dylan thinks that it's me." He took a deep breath. "Monica, there is something that I have to tell you. As much as I can deny everything and say that Dylan is wrong, he's not." He sighed. "It is me. It all goes back to my daughter, Susan. Kyle Sloan had raped her, so I came back to town and killed him. Then with the hospital. I just lost it. The first two really screwed with her care. What I did to you." He paused then looked at her. "I came across a letter you had written and I just lost it. Monica, you don't know how sorry I am." He started to get choked up. "Susan is in a mental facility and she's completely gone. I thought by avenging her, it would bring her back but it's not. Never did I think I would hurt the woman that I love."
Monica went to see who was at the door. "Paul." Monica went over to him, and hugged him tightly. "I told them that we were married last month, Paul." Monica stopped, when she saw every one left. "Come into the living room. Before you say anything, Alexis is here, and agreed to be your lawyer.
Paul and I got married in a very small service. We weren't trying to hide anything from you. We just decided with the hospital in such a mess, it was better this way." She looked at them some what.
Jason took Kristin from Alexis and held her close to him. "You guys are both right, the evidence could have been planted there. It happens all the time. How about we just let Paul tell his side?" Just then he heard the doorbell ring. "I'll go and get it." He got up with Kristin and went over to the front door and opened it to see Paul. "Paul, come on in."
Paul decided to go and see how Monica was doing. As he walked up the steps to the front door, he flashed back to the night when he injected her. Which was not the first time. As much as he tried to cover his tracks, he just couldn't do it any longer. He took a deep breath and rang the doorbell.
Alexis sighed, and hugged Monica. "Any one, can plant anything in those rooms. Monica, where's Paul. Tell him that I'll be his lawyer is he agrees, and tell him to come and see us here. I think that we should send every one home after dinner. And, forgive me for saying this. But, Elizabeth needs to go home too, otherwise we'll never get rid of her." She looked at them.
Dylan sighed when he heard Alexis. "We found the syringes filled with durisafol in Paul's room at the Metro Court. As for what his motive could have been. Maybe to avenge his daughter, Susan. Because all of the victims are tied to her except for Emma and Sabrina. I just want to talk to him and if it is him, I will do what I can to help him."
Alexis looked at him. "What. No. I've been getting know Paul, and he's very nice, Dylan. What evidence do you have." Kristin held out her arms to Jason. And, Alexis sighed. "My daughter is giving me a complex." As she handed her to Jason. She, turned to Dylan. "Is this official."
Jason heard what Dylan said about Paul and sighed. He looked at Monica in shock. "You and Paul got married? When did this happen?" He asked as Alexis came in with Kristin. He looked up at her. "Dylan seems to think that Paul is responsible for the killings at the hospital."
