Dylan sighed. "I am very surprised that you and Paul are married. I didn't think it would be this fast." He looked at Monica. "Monica, I really hope that you're right. Maybe, it's not Paul, perhaps he was framed." He watched as Alexis came in with Kristin.
Alexis heard Monica and sighed. "Oh, let's go Kristin, and see what Grandma wants." She, got up went to where they were and saw their faces. "Okay, this does not look good. Yes, Monica. What can I do for you."
Monica looked at him. "You, aren't even surprised, that Paul and I are married. I'm going to do everything that I can to help him. You know, it's The Metro Court. Any one can put anything in those rooms. I lived there, I know what goes on." She looked at him again.
Dylan sighed. "You don't know how much I wish I was wrong, Monica. Ever since the first killing, I've been on this case wanting to find the person doing this. Knowing that you're at the hospital, Elizabeth, Sabrina, I didn't want any of you to get hurt. Unfortunately, I couldn't stop it. Emma and Sabrina got attacked at Mercy, Emma was injected and Sabrina was strangled but they're doing okay." He took a deep breath. "We found the syringes in Paul's room." He looked at her. "Monica, the last thing I wanted to do was to hurt you. You've been nothing but kind and generous to me. If you don't want to believe me, you don't have to. Ask Paul."
Monica looked at Dylan and laughed a bit. "Dylan. Don't be ridiculous this is crazy. You're wrong. I think that I know my own husband to definitely say that it's not him." She looked at them.
Dylan nodded his head when he heard Alexis. After Tracy helped Monica into the other room, he sat down next to her. "It's about the case. We may have figured out who is doing this." He took a deep breath. These were the times when he hated being a cop. "I wanted to tell you before we make the arrest. Monica, I'm so sorry but it's Paul."
Alexis started walking with them, holding the baby. "Dylan, if you want to talk to Monica. I think it best, that Jason goes with you, and you can talk with her alone. She watched as Tracy helped Monica to one of the other rooms, then came back. Alexis, smiled at Tracy. "Thanks Tracy."
Jason smiled as Alexis took Kristin. He heard what she said about Dylan being there and not being too happy. He looked at Emily then turned back to Alexis. "I wonder if it has anything to do with the case." He sighed.
Dylan smiled at her. "Hey Elizabeth. I'm glad that you're getting better. Alexis told me about dinner. Unfortunately, I don't think that I'm going to be able to stay. I have some bad news that I have to share with Monica." He sighed.
"Oh, what a wonderful idea. If I have to listen to Elizabeth for 5 more minutes ..." She stopped, and frowned. "Well, dinner is ready downstairs, and Dylan just got here. He doesn't look too happy. I think we need, to back downstairs." She heard Kristin, and smiled. "You, want to come to me, baby. Daddy." She smiled at Emily.
Elizabeth turned and saw Dylan. "Hi, Dylan. You're just in time for dinner. Come and join us." She smiled at him. "I could use some help, if you don't mind."
Before Jason could respond to Emily, he heard Alexis. He looked at Emily and shook his head. "Yeah, we're here, Alexis." He opened the door. "Emily and I were just playing with Kristin. Figured we'd enjoy the peace and quiet for a little bit."
Dylan smiled when Alexis opened the door. "Hi, Alexis. Long time no see." He said as he walked in the house. "I'm not sure if I'll be able to stay. I have some very bad news that I have to break to Monica." He sighed. He felt her hug and hugged her back a little bit tighter. "I miss you too." He watched as she went upstairs.
"Saved by the bell. I'll get it." Alexis went to the door, and answered it, and smiled. "Hi, Dylan. Come on in, if you dare. You're just in time for dinner. And, I'm going to find out, what happened to Jason." She smiled at him, and hugged him tightly. "Mmm. Miss you."
She went upstairs. "Jason." She went over to Emily's door, and knocked on it. "Jason. Are you in there."
