1. The name of your playby

2. What is your Playby (God, Demon, Angel, Model, etc.)

3. If your playby has no videos whom can be substituted in

4.Video Requests can only be made once a month. If Miss Moon is backed up it will be longer then the month. But it is a first come first serve basis.

5.Once you tell your playby and what you wish there shall be no changing it and see rule number 4

6. Miss Moon does have roleplaying pages and writing time shall not be cut in half for said videos also real life can get hectic so if anyone harps or starts drama because the video is not being done in 24 hours you will be removed off the list and off the page.

7. Goes without saying but just in case. No drama

8. I will not make a video of rape, or things in that nature being a porno. Don′t need to be banned from yahoo.

9. I need to know if you wish to make a couple video, Just a video of your playby, To Tell a story or Story line. (Please note that some things can′t be possible but I will try my best.)

10. Give credit where credit is due. All Videos will have my tag on them.
