War of the Order Storyline Category: Blogging
~Making her way out into the battlefield Amethyst looks to the army gathered against her and her coven. She did not wish for it to come to bloodshed, she however knew that such things were now unavoidable. Her order had all but been slain by the evil forces that now stood before her, she knew however that this was only the beginning. Something else was pulling the strings of these dark sorcerers now gathered against her with their armies. With the powers she had gathered from the wizard and the slain members within her order she almost felt sorry for the army gathered against her.~ "I shall give you one final chance to leave these lands before I am forced to defend them against you."
Laughter could be heard throughout the ranks. The grisly sounds of beasts from within the ranks carried with the wind up to the front granting moral to the ranks at the front. A shiver moved up the center of the sorceress's back, knowing all to well that the army would not surrender their pursuit. Arrows could be heard whistling in the air as Amethyst looked towards the sky. Sitting up real quick in the bed Amethyst looked around to notice she still laid within the room within the black kingdom. Sweat lined the side of her face and her chest as she breathed heavily. She remembered arriving not too long ago at the black kingdom. It was only a dream. Laying back down Amethyst let a few raspy breaths escape her mouth as a tear left the side of her eyelid sliding down the side of her face. Closing her eyes once more she could feel herself slowly drifting back to sleep.
Arrows were thrown wild as they slammed into a magic wall directly in front of Amethyst. Lifting her hands a large quake rumbled the land in front of her causing rows of men to lose their balance as a seismic tremor seemed to form a tidal wave of dirt and debris. Stepping forward Amethyst's eyes were now a deep shade of purple, her entire body glowed with a purple essence. Rows of magic missiles began to fly from her body slamming into soldiers in the battlefield as she slowly made her way forward in the battlefield. Swords and arrows bounced off of her shield as the magic missiles continued to fly outward rampaging the soldiers within the army. She could feel the first dark sorcerer drawing near. Could see the darkness surrounding the area.
Lifting her hand as a shield she would feel the dark magic slam against her shields savagely sending a strong ring of powerful gusts outward throwing men and beasts from their feet. Dirt and debris flew in every direction, the dark magic seemed to suck all the happiness and life out of the very air. Pushing outward with her own mind she could feel the dark magic ease up as her own power began to push the darkness away. The wind caused by the two powerful magics slamming against each other was enough to create a roar within the air as her purple eyes caught sight of the powerful mage that now stood against her. Feeling her stomach drop as her eyes landed upon the boy everything went dark. Her concentration completely broken and her willpower destroyed for a brief moment.~
"This is a trick! This can not be, how can you be here!" ~Tears lined the side of her cheeks as she could see a familiar face looking back to her from behind the dark magic now trying to destroy her. They knew, they knew that she could not fight this battle effectively. Knew it from the very beginning, that is why they had come. Trying hard to regain control of her mind Amethyst found it surprisingly difficult to concentrate now. She could feel herself losing the battle, not because she did not have the power to win it, but because everything in her willpower was not allowing her to do what had to be done because of who now stood before her. Closing her eyes Amethyst could feel her own powerful magic completely consume her and her body was now gone from the battlefield.
Feeling herself ported from the area Amethyst fell to her knees as tears rolled down the side of her face. Her cloths were battered and cut, her face covered with dirt from the battle. Falling onto her side Amethyst no longer had control of the tears that streamed down the side of her face, it was not because she had allowed herself to be defeated, but by who she had been defeated by. Someone that was suppose to be dead. Crying out Amethyst sat up from the bed once more looking around to the darkened room within the black kingdom once again. Her sobs softly filled the quiet room as she brought her hands to her face. Why did these memories continue to haunt her dreams. Regaining her composure Amethyst stood from the bed and made her way to the window opening it, allowing the breeze to sooth her sweating body.
