(This is based on an actual true story of the notorious Japanese female serial killer.)

During the second world war in Japan, there lived a woman whose atrocities would both shock and horrify an entire nation. Miyuki Ishikawa, homicidal midwife driven to repeatedly murder the most innocent of victims. Taking advantage of the lack of both hospital funding and charitable services, she uses this as an excuse to commit utterly unspeakable crimes. This morbid butcher of infants relishes in the neglect and abuse which causes their tragic deaths. Cries of pain go unheard as she cruelly delights in taking precious lives through suffocation, starvation, and drowning. Cold hands of malicious intent are placed over small necks, squeezing until the last breath exits from tortured bodies. Others are placed under bathtubs and sinks, filled with water that first asphyxiates, then quickly kills helpless babies. An already high body count rises as many more are slaughtered without pity or remorse. Captured at last, she receives a very light sentence for her horrendous crimes, all while laughing at the foolishness of Japanese law regarding nonexistent rights of infants. Soon released from prison, the most notorious serial killer in Japanese history enjoys complete freedom, while the families of her victims are endlessly tortured by innocence destroyed forever.
