If I could have but only one dream come true,

And never again wish for anything else in this life.

If I could have but only one fantasy be made real,

And never again desire anymore happiness in this life.

If I could have but only one pleasure be made real,

And never again know serenity and peace in this life.

If I could have but only one longing be fulfilled,

And never again hope for love and joy in this life.

Then the only dream I could ever have,

My one wish and desire,

My one fantasy and longing,

Is to forever be with you.
