The PCPD.
Category: Uncategorized

Paul had just become the new Commisioner of the Port Charles Police Department. He had heard about Jordan Ashford not doing such a good job so with convincing from Christine and Dylan, Paul was more than happy to try and take the job. He had a pretty good record from when he was Chief of Police in Genoa City, Wisconsin. Now, it was time to do the same for the PCPD.

He walked into the Squad Room and looked at everybody. "Hello everyone. I am your new Police Commisioner, Paul Williams. I just want to tell you that, I will not interfere with your cases at all. You all keep doing what you're doing. If you have any questions or need help, don't be afraid to ask. Just as long as you keep me up to date on your cases, that's all I ask. In the next couple of days, I'm going to have one on one interviews with all of you just to get to know you." He smiled at them. With that, he went in his office.

Paul looked at Dylan. "Hey. I heard about what happened last night. How you saved Sonny Corinthos. Definitely not surprised. Since, you pretty much put yourself on this case. I am officially assigning it to you. When Sonny is feeling up to it, you can go and question him about what happened and if he knows who shot him. Forensics haven't come back about the gun yet. When they do, I will let you know."

Dylan McAvoy

Dylan was at the police station sitting at his desk. He was working on some of his fives that he was a little behind on when he saw Paul come up to him. "Hey."

Dylan smiled softly when he heard Paul. "Thank you. That means a lot to me. I wouldn't be half the detective that I am now if it wasn't for you. You taught me a lot. No, you didn't give me the badge, I earned it. In life, you have to earn things and not be given anything. That's what Terry taught me. You taught me it as well. I look forward to working with you again too."

Paul sighed when he heard about Nina being in a coma. "I'm sorry that you had to go through that. I heard that she is okay now which is great." He smiled. "I went through your files and you are quite an amazing detective. I look forward to working with you." He said as they stood up and left the office. "Dylan, you're up." Once they were inside and seated, he looked at him. "Obviously, I'm not going to ask the same questions like I did everybody else. Since, I'm the one who gave you the badge after your tremendous work with the Hillary case, then the Adam kidnapping, as well as Constance Bingham's murder which wasn't a murder after all, then you were the one to crack the big GH serial killer. I just want to say that not only do I look forward to working with you again but I am very proud of you."

"I'm James Nathan West. I had a pretty good childhood up until my sister Nina went into a coma. Ever since then, I wanted to be a cop. Just so that I could find the person who was responsible. I went through the Academy then about a year later, I became Detective. I was working at the 13th Precinct in New York then in 2013, Anna Devane brought me over here. Which was good because I found the person responsible for putting my sister in a coma."

Paul looked at him. "Despite your addictions, you've done well for yourself as a detective. I see you even did some undercover work as well. Keep up the great work, Lucky. Looking forward to working with you." He smiled and shook his hand as they left the office. "James, come with me." Once inside, he looked at him. "Please have a seat." He sat down by his desk. "Tell me about yourself and why you wanted to become a cop."

™Lucky Spencer

Lucky sat down in the chair across from him. "My name is Lucas Lorenzo Spencer Junior. I was named after my father, Luke. When I was growing up, my parents and I were always on the run from these mobsters. Then as I got older, seeing everything that was going on. It made me realize that I wanted to make a difference. So I got into the Police Academy and graduated. Then not long after I became a Detective. I haven't been the best because of some personal addictions of mine. Ever since I came back, I've been on the straight and narrow."

Paul nodded his head as he listened to Dante. "Yeah, everything is very documented. Including the events with Sonny. I don't have any personal grudges with Sonny so don't worry. The only thing I care about is solving crimes and nothing more." He closed Dante's folder. "Looking forward to working with you, Dante." He said as they both stood up. He shook his hand. "Keep up the good work." Then went back to the squad room. "Lucky, your turn." Once inside, he sat down. "Please have a seat. Tell me about yourself and why you wanted to become a cop."

™Dante Falconeri

Dante sat down across from Paul. "I grew up in Bensonhurst, New York. My mother raised me. I had a pretty good childhood until one day the man who was like a father figure to me got murdered. From that day, I knew that I wanted to be a cop so that I could take criminals off the streets and do my part to help out. I've been apart of the PCPD for about 8 years now. One of the reasons I came was to take down Sonny Corinthos at the time, I was working undercover. Then I found out he was my father."

Paul was in his office going through some of the files on the detectives. The first was Dante. As he looked through it, he seemed impressed. He got up and walked out of the office and into the squad room. "Dante, you're up." He said then went back into his office. "Please have a seat. I was going through your file here and you closed a lot of big cases. So tell me a little bit about yourself and why you wanted to become a cop."

Dante nodded his head. "Definitely. The last great Commisioner we had were Anna and Mac. I think Paul has what it takes to turn this department around."

James was sitting at his desk with Dante as they listened to Paul. He looked at him. "He seems nice. From everything that I heard from Dylan, the department sure could use him."
