Patrick had just come back from checking on a patient of his. He walked up to the nurse's desk when he heard the elevator. He turned around to see the doors open.
Britt was in Alexis' room in the ICU, with Elizabeth. "Alexis, you will have to learn to calm down, these panic attacks of yours. It's not good, for you and your babies." She, hugged her tightly.
It's a good thing, that Nikolas was with, you. It could have been, a lot worse. I know you're worried about, Samantha. But, she wouldn't want to see you in the hospital again. If it happens one more time. I will have to, put you on, complete bed rest. I'm going to keep you here, for a couple of days, to make sure, that you're all right." She, looked at her.
Robin came up to the conference room, and smiled when she saw every one. "I'm sorry, I'm so late, Dr. Drake. I had an emergency, and it turned out to be, Alexis. I think, she and the babies are going to be okay, Jason. Britt is with her now.
She, just had, a panic attack, and her blood pressure went sky high. But, she's awake now, and asking for you, Jason. She's just so scared, about Samantha." She, looked at them, and sighed.
Nikolas smiled when he heard Britt. "Thank you." He looked at Patrick. "I went to the house to see Alexis and she was complaining that she wasn't feeling good. Then, she collapsed into the pillow on the sofa and she hasn't woken up." He sighed.
Patrick saw Victoria come back into the room. "What's the matter?" He asked when he heard her then left the room and saw Jason with Monica, Laura and Nikolas. "What happened?"
Britt, came out of the room with Patrick, and every one. She saw Jason, and went over to him. "Don't worry, Jason. I'll make her, all better again." She, smiled at Nikolas, when she saw him. "Hello, Nikolas.
Let's go, Elizabeth." They then, went down to the E. R.
Jason went back over to Victoria, Laura and Monica. He watched as Victoria went back into the conference room. He looked at Laura and Monica. "That was Nikolas. He went to see Alexis and she was complaining that she didn't feel good. She collapsed into the pillow and hasn't regained conciousness." He sighed. "They're gonna be bringing her in."
Jason smiled when he heard Monica. "I'm so happy to hear that things went extremely well." He looked at Laura. "I know that Patrick will appreciate you congratulating him." He turned to Monica. "There was no way I was going to miss this. You have dedicated 42 years of your life here. I would not be anywhere else, Mom." He gave her a soft smile. He heard what Laura said about her being worried about Monica. "I wouldn't miss my mother's retirement day for anything. It's too important." He saw Victoria come out with Johnny and Katie. "Hey Victoria. I came by to see how Monica was doing. Sure, lunch sounds good." Just then he heard his phone ring. He looked at them. "Can you excuse me for one minute?" He went to the side. "Nikolas, what's wrong?" He asked and sighed. "Oh my God. How long has she been out? I'm at GH now. Alright, I'll see you soon. Thank you." He got off the phone as he felt the tears start to well up.
"I'm going to follow Monica's lead, and let you get to work. We'll see you home. Congratulations again. Kids are you ready." She watched, as they ran over to Britt, and hugged her good bye." Victoria giggled. "Bye, every one."
Victoria came out of the room. "Oh, hi. Jason, Laura. We're going home. How about, we all go to lunch."
"Jason, hello. I'm so glad, to see, you." She, hugged him back tightly. "I was worried about, Monica. And, yes. I know how much, you're looking forward to your retirement. Because, you have earned it." She, smiled softly at them.
"Jason." She, smiled brightly, when she saw him. She, felt his hug, and hugged him back tightly. "And, Laura came too as Mayor, to congratulate, Patrick. It went, very, very well. Katie and Johnny, are so adorable. I'm so glad, you're here."
Jason made his way to the hospital and smiled when he saw Laura and Monica. "If it isn't two of my favorite people." He hugged Monica and kissed her cheek then hugged Laura. He looked at Monica. "I wanted to come by cause I knew how special today is for you."
