Patrick had just come back from checking on a patient of his. He walked up to the nurse's desk when he heard the elevator. He turned around to see the doors open.
Patrick chuckled softly when he heard Kim. "There is a lot of whom is sleeping with whom. There is also other things as well. I think you will be able to handle all of it though." He smiled at her.
Jason looked at Elizabeth. "I know you want to go home. I know you're anxious to get home. Listen to me, I promise you that as soon as you're released tomorrow, I will take you home. I think staying here for the night is better. This way you can get your rest. Most importantly, I want both of my girls to be okay before bringing them home."
"I would like to keep Elizabeth and the baby, over night to just make sure. And, if everything's okay, then you can go home in the morning sweetie. And, I'm putting you on maternity leave for a month." She, smiled down at her.
Jason was sitting in the chair next to Elizabeth's bed when he heard a knock on the door. He turned his head to see Monica and smiled. "Hey, Mom." He said as he stood up from the chair and shook his head. "Don't worry about it. I know that there is a lot going on here." He felt her hug and hugged her back a little bit tighter.
Monica knocked on the door, and came in. "Jason. Hi. I'm so sorry, that I couldn't come earlier. But, things are just so crazy here. Congratulations." She walked over to him, and hugged him tightly, then looked at Elizabeth, and smiled. "How are you feeling, Elizabeth. Oh, the baby is so beautiful."
Jason smiled at her. "Of course I like her name. It's perfect. Just like Jake." He looked at her. "If you want, I can go and see if my mother is around to release you. This way, you and this little one can finally be home."
Elizabeth looked up at him, and smiled. "Okay. No more." She, looked up at him, and smiled. "I'm glad, that you like her name, Jason. I can't wait, to go home."
Patrick chuckled softly when he heard Kim. "There are a lot of scandals here at General Hospital. That's why I like working here. It keeps things interesting. I'm sure that in time, you will feel that way too." He smiled at her.
Helena was outside the hospital in her car, waiting for Monica to come out. She, had just successfully, kidnapped Nikki off The Haunted Star, and now she waiting for, Monica. She, decided why stop at Monica. A few minutes later, Monica came out, and the guards grabbed her, put her in the back seat with Monica, and drove off.
Helena smiled at her. "Hello, Monica. So, nice of you, to join me." Helena giggled.
Jason shook his head and sighed. "Elizabeth, try and calm down, okay? I don't care if Carly can't accept you. Do you know how many times I had to accept her being with someone I didn't like? Lorenzo Alcazar, Jax, Franco, even AJ. She's my best friend and always will be but you are the one I want to be with. Try not to worry about Carly too much, okay? Plus, I like how you named this little one after us. It fits just like we do." He leaned in and kissed her softly on the lips.
Elizabeth looked up at him, and sighed. "Carly. Now, you know why, I wanted to name the baby Alexis Carly Corinthos. She's never going to accept me, Jason. After all it was her party, that started all of this." She, sighed and looked down at the baby.
"Of course, I want you to help, Mike. I'll do everything, that I can to help you also, Jason." She, smiled up at him.
Jason walked over to Elizabeth and handed her the baby. He heard what she said about Sonny. "Actually, that's been taken care of." He saw the look on her face. "I'll explain everything. After I brought you guys in, I waited in the waiting area while my mom took care of you along with Britt and Liesl. Carly came to get her meds, when my mom came out to tell me that you and the baby were okay. Carly looked right at me and thought it was a joke. I told her that it wasn't and that you and I were back together for good this time. When, I went to see the baby, Carly must have gotten in touch with Sonny. By the time I was in here with you when you fell asleep, I see Sonny standing in the hallway." He sat down in the chair next to her bed. "So, I went out and he basically accused me of taking his place as her father. I told him that's not what was going on and it was far from it. We got into it a little bit but worked things out. This whole thing with Mike being sick is getting to him." He sighed. "I promised him that we would never keep him away this little angel. I also promised that we would let Mike see her too."
