Patrick had just come back from checking on a patient of his. He walked up to the nurse's desk when he heard the elevator. He turned around to see the doors open.
Mikkos was a little surprised when Monica told him about Alexis giving birth to the twins. He couldn't help but to notice the tone in her voice as she told him. "I will try and be there as soon as I can. Thank you, Monica."
Alan sighed when he heard Alexis. Especially what she said about Helena and Jason. "You're afraid that by telling Jason, Helena will kidnap him again?" He sat down on the side of her bed and gently pulled her close to him. "It's okay."
Alexis heard Alan's voice, and stopped. She opened her eyes, and looked at him. "I, can't stop dreaming about, Helena. I, can feel her presence in town. She's hiding some where." She breathed in deeply. "I, don't dare, tell Jason. He'll go after her. And, that's never any good." She started crying.
"Mikkos, hi. We had a change of plans here tonight. Alexis gave birth to the, babies. They're a month early, but the boys are doing fine and so is, Alexis. I'm not going to be able to make it. You, can come home if you want to, Mikkos."
Jason gave Monica a soft smile when he heard what she said. He nodded his head. "Sure, go ahead." He stood up and hugged her back. "I love you too, Mom."
"Oh, Jason. Your children, just keep getting more beautiful each time. But, I think that Michael and Emily should be able to hold them. And, then when I come back then I will hold them. I have to make a phone call." She, stood up, and hugged Jason. I'm going to my office. I'll be back, as fast as I can. I, love you, honey."
Jason brought the twins into Alexis' room where he saw Alan watching over her and smiled. He turned when he heard Sam. "Since Alexis is sleeping, how about we bring the twins out to them?" He looked at Alan. "Thank you for everything, Dad." He bent down to pick Michael up and Sam got Nikolas. He went over to the hall where everybody was. He saw Monica and sat down next to her. "Sam told me how you were getting a little anxious." He chuckled softly. "I was bringing the twins to see Alexis but she's sleeping right now. So, I thought introducing them to their grandmother is the next best thing." He gave her a soft smile. "Michael, I would like to introduce you to your Grandmother, Monica." He looked at her. "Mom, this is your Grandson, Michael Alan Morgan. Would you like to hold him?"
Alan watched as Alexis fell asleep and smiled. He heard Jason come in with the twins and Sam. He chuckled softly in regards to Monica. "Hi Sam. Yeah, your mother just fell asleep. We had a nice talk. Jason, why don't you take the boys by your mother? I'll stay with Alexis." He patted his back.
Sam stood up, as she saw Jason, go into Alexis' room. "I'll go." She went inside, and smiled. "Hey, not so fast. I, want to see my brothers, and Monica is about explode out there. Not to mention, Michael." She turned to Alexis. "I, see mom, is finally sleeping. Hi, Alan. Emily is pretty upset right now." She giggled.
Jason watched as Britt put the boys in the baby crib and smiled. "Thank you, Britt. I know we don't really get along that well. Maybe, we can try and change that." He didn't know why but he could tell there was something sincere about her this time. "Yeah, I would love to take over. Next stop is mommy." He told them as he wheeled the crib out of the nursery and went back into Alexis' room.
