Patrick had just come back from checking on a patient of his. He walked up to the nurse's desk when he heard the elevator. He turned around to see the doors open.
Patrick had finished the surgery which was successful. They brought Victoria down to recovery for a little bit and looked at Griffin. "I'm gonna go down and give everyone the news. Thank you again for helping out." He shook his hand then went on the elevator. When he got off, he walked down the hallway where he saw Monica, Michael, Victor and Tracy.
"Oh, Jason. I'm so thrilled. I would like to go see her. Victoria should be back by now. I need to find out, what's taking so long." She smiled at him. "Oh, honey." She hugged him again.
Jason smiled at Nikki. "Thank you, Nikki. We had a little girl and named her Julia after Julian." He saw her come over to hug him and put his plate down so that she could hug him. He hugged her back a little bit tighter.
After Jason left, Michael looked at Monica. "Is it me or did it seem like Jason wanted to tell us something?" He asked. "Everyone else went to your office to eat, but he stayed with us like to he wanted to say something until Courtney took him in the office."
Nikki gasped. "A baby. Oh, Jason. How wonderful, I'm so happy for you, and Ava." She put her plate down, and went to hug him, but stopped, when he was holding his plate.
Jason looked at Nikki. "I was already here when you called me. I was in the parking lot." He stopped for a moment then took a deep breath. "I was with Ava. She had the baby which was a girl. We had just pulled in when I got your phone call about Victoria being in the hospital." He took a sip of his water.
Michael saw Courtney go over to Jason and grab his hand. "Jason, you probably have not eaten at all. Instead of doing your usual looking out for everybody. Take a break and go eat. Grandmother and I have everything under control."
A few minutes later, Courtney came back with a tray for Tracy and Victor. "Hi all." She said to them, and walked over to Tracy. "Tracy, Victor. Monica brought over lunch for us." She placed the tray down on the table. She then left, and smiled at Jason. "Going back to Dylan. You, should come, and get something to eat." She took his hand.
After everybody left, it was just Michael, Monica and Jason. He watched as she sat down. "It looks like you won the entire Newman family over, Grandmother." He smiled at her and looked at Jason.
Dylan hugged Courtney back a little bit tighter and smiled. "Our wedding is going to be incredible." He went over to Monica and hugged her tightly. "Thank you for everything, Monica." He kissed her cheek. He left with Courtney and went into Monica's office.
Nick watched as Monica and Nikki hugged. That was completely unexpected, he thought to himself. He smiled at Monica. "It's nice to meet you, Monica." He felt her hug and hugged her back a little bit tighter. He looked at her. "Thank you for doing this for us." He made his way to her office.
