Samantha was standing in front of Patrick and Victoria, and smiled at them. "Well, thanks for doing this guys. So, how should we decide, who goes in the middle first."
"It's finally over. Jason." Sam hugged Jason tightly. She, looked at Paul. "Thank you. I hope that Christine forgives you." She, looked at him, and giggled. "Jason." She, started crying. "Thank you, Jason. You, were able, to keep your promise to me again. I want to thank every one, who helped me personally. But, first I need to see my children." She started crying again.
Jason nodded his head when he heard Sam. "I know you are. You are getting out of here one way or another. Whether, Anna gets released and we go to her house as you wear an ankle monitor. There is also parole, and the best option is a confession." Just then he heard the door open and turned to see Paul standing there. "Paul, any news?" He smiled when he heard him. He looked at Sam. "It's finally over. You're going home." He hugged her then looked at Paul. "Thank you for everything. I know this wasn't easy on you. You were getting an earful from just about everybody especially Tracy. I know that you were just doing your job and in some cases it's tough when family is involved. There are no hard feelings whatsoever."
Paul sighed when he heard what Peter said about Dylan. He knew all of this already because of Dylan telling him but just hearing it coming from him. It blew his mind. He went into his desk and took out a notepad and gave it to him as well as a pen. "Write everything down. I will get the paperwork started on Sam's release." After Peter finished writing his statement, he took the notepad back. "Just stay here." He left his office then took his phone out and called Robert to inform him then went into the interrogation room. "Jason, Sam. Hi. I come bearing good news finally. You're gonna be released and cleared of all the charges. Peter finally confessed to setting you up." He sighed. "I think he wanted to come clean because he heard about Anna being arrested. As soon as the paper work goes through, you can officially go home." He smiled at them.
Peter shook his head. "I know that I should have a lawyer but I don't." He looked at him. "It's time for me to make things right for everybody. It was me who framed Sam. A few years ago, I was approached by Helena Cassadine to work together. So, I accepted and flew to Afghanistan to help with getting Dylan. By that point, Shiloh was already gone or so I thought. He must have stayed and listened to my conversation with Helena. We flew Dylan to Cassadine Island for a few weeks. By that time, I had already left." He looked at him. "So, a few months ago when Shiloh was in prison, he called me and pretty much blackmailed me into helping him escape. I only helped because I was afraid of everything I worked so hard for in my life the last year would blow up because of what happened in Afghanistan." He sighed. "I can't do it anymore. I'm willing to accept responsibility for my actions."
Sam held on to his hands. "I'm trying, Jason. It's not so easy. It just keeps getting worse." She sighed. "I'm glad that Alex, got to go home." She looked at him.
Jason put his hand on top of hers. "It'll come true. You just got to hang in a little bit longer. We finally have the proof and some more confirmation back when Dylan was in Afghanistan." He looked at her. "Laura had Anna arrested because she felt that she was interfering in your case. Do you remember when Anna had Alex arrested? It turns out that was for personal reasons. But, she decided to drop the charges and let her go."
Paul was a little shocked when he saw Peter come in. "Peter, hi. Sure, let's go to my office." They went in as he sat down behind his desk. "Is this about Anna?"
"I know, Jason. You never break your promises to me, and I will understand if this one doesn't come true. What happened, that Anna has been arrested. I was, quite surprised, when I saw her, down here." She, looked at him, and sighed.
Jason nodded his head. "As soon as Anna is released, I will talk to her about us staying at her house for now. You will not be stuck with Nelle for long, I promise."
When Peter heard about Anna being in jail, he knew he couldn't keep doing this. He remembered his conversation with Dylan and sighed. It was time to end all of this once and for all. He made his way to the police station where he saw Paul and everybody. "Paul, I need to talk to you. It's important."
Jason sighed when he heard her. "What? Nelle is your new cellmate? You need to get out of there. Alright, I'll tell Anna that you said yes. There's no way I'm letting you stay in jail with Nelle Benson as your cellmate."
Sam covered her face with her hands. "My mother, will never learn, to relax. Please tell her, I'm … Jason. my new cellmate is Nelle. You, have to get me out of here, before I do something I'll regret." She, looked at him. "Tell Anna, yes. I'll do anything."
