(I plan on posting some stories for both characters, but they will also be together in a few of them too, so their biographies will explain things much better than I ever could. It basically sets the background up for Philip and Rebecca as well.)
The Governor:
"In this life now, you kill or you die, or you die and you kill."
Philip Blake can be a dark antihero or sadistic villain, so feel free to pick whichever version you'd like, or we can mix them up as well. This handsome but unstable man's adopted family include his daughter Rebecca Chambers, sister Nari and brother Yaozu, while his Devil's Rejects blood family are his niece Baby Firefly, nephew Otis B. Driftwood, and brother Captain Spaulding, and Philip is a murderous sheriff in The Devil's Rejects verse, known as The Panola County Butcher who's ruthlessly slaughtered forty eight people over the course of six years! Emiko Shika and Saburo Kenta are his old west associates, while Fernanda Delgado and Santiago Contreras represent this deadly Governor's Mexican cartel associates too!
Malevolent Protector:
The Governor is on an unrelenting mission to eliminate all evil within society in general, because purging mankind of degenerate filth will no doubt ensure the survival of those who are innocent! Make no mistake about it, this mentally unstable man believes in using quite brutal methods in order to finally eradicate murderers and rapists, also child molesters and all other wretched scum from a cruel and cold world, which is no doubt in need of an extremely violent hero right now. In this particular version, Gareth and his demented Terminus cannibals have become far more aggressive than before, even venturing out to kidnap innocent people from other settlements like Woodbury, then murdering them in cold blood as their thirst for human flesh increases. The Governor had tried his best to always remain a mostly peaceful man, but after several of his people ended up being massacred at Gareth's vile hands, something inside Philip snapped and now he will never rest until Woodbury's good honor is avenged in Terminus blood!
Vehement Sadist:
The Governor delights in murdering innocent people in cold blood whenever possible, although he will not hesitate to exterminate other malevolent individuals who might pose a threat to his highly demented, no questions asked way of ruling Woodbury. More of a remorseless dictator than anything else, the Governor can also be charming and charismatic as well, but for him it means nothing to torture and mass murder those who are foolish enough to challenge his cruel authority.
Beware of Dogman!
A new and deadly threat has now arrived and Woodbury, along with every other community in northern Georgia will soon be under attack from packs of huge, intimidating and truly vicious cryptids known as dogman, or dogmen for plural as they ravenously butcher seemingly countless men, women, and children on their destructive path of carnage throughout the entire area, until every single human being ceases to exist, and since they've already completely wiped out all the biters as well, the gruesome end for humanity around these parts is indeed nigh at hand!
Rebecca Chambers:
"Gareth should have killed me when he had the chance!"
She's an original Walking Dead character who joins forces with the notorious Governor in order to purge humanity of degenerate evil filth! Woodbury's bloody, merciless crusade begins with unrelenting violence as Rebecca eventually becomes something more than a normal human along the way, doing whatever it takes to avenge her slain parents while also helping the Governor obtain his own revenge. This lovely female's adopted family include her father Philip Blake (The Governor), brother Yaozu and sister Nari as well.
This highly traumatized young woman watched in stunned horror as her parents were heinously murdered in cold blood by Gareth, but fortunately she managed to escape certain death by fleeing Terminus before being rescued by the Governor, who took great pity upon her yet soon the tide would turn as they both tortured and killed Gareth's trackers, who had been sent to find her but were met with complete annihilation instead! Later on Rebecca became one of the Governor's top lieutenants and together they, along with his other Woodbury soldiers would embark upon a mission involving nothing less than the total destruction of Terminus! However, slowly but surely she grew far more powerful while her thirst for human blood greatly increased, meaning that Rebecca was indeed immune to one virus but not another, thus becoming the very first human to be infected with vampire like symptoms, without actually turning into an undead creature.
Also, there will be other threats besides just walkers and evil humans, and these highly dangerous entities will reveal themselves in due time.
