(This is a different twist from what happened in the Asian drama/horror movie "Shady", because in this scenario Izumi does whatever it takes to protect her dearest friend from all harm! I completely made everything up because none of this actually took place in the film.)
The first girl had her head bashed in by a metal pipe, as Izumi attacked the unsuspecting teenager from behind, catching her all alone as she walked through the woods in the late afternoon. Bleeding profusely while crawling across the ground, Yurina's begging and pleading did nothing to stop Izumi from once more brutally utilizing the dangerous weapon, until the girl's breathing finally stopped and all went quiet, except for the psychotic giggling which escaped from Izumi's tortured lips! Licking the blood off the pipe, she then continued caving Yurina's head in until nothing remained save for unsightly amounts of brain matter, blood and small chunks of flesh as well!
The second girl's throat was viciously cut as blood began gushing out from the savage wound, while Izumi smiled sadistically after ambushing her as she walked through a dark ally late at night. Katsumi never stood a chance because this particular serial killer was especially cruel in her treatment of human prey, and indeed the blade went so deeply into the neck that it very nearly decapitated Katsumi right then and there! Finally she dropped to the ground but Izumi wanted more, so the deranged individual wasted no time in disemboweling the already dead female, before pulling warm and blood soaked intestines out for her own insane amusement! Izumi played with Katsumi's internal organs until the sick thrill finally wore off, then the crimson covered maniac departed the scene of slaughter.
The third girl suffered an altogether different fate from the first two, because her best friends were now missing and this greatly upset and depressed her to say the very least, so after talking to one of the most popular girls in school, Arisa took Izumi's advice and together they began searching for Yurina and Katsumi.
"You didn't have to do this Izumi. All three of us barely knew you, but thank you for helping me because I'm sure we'll find them soon."
Izumi slowly nodded while also faking a smile for good measure, before convincing Arisa that her friends were probably just skipping class for several days, doing who knows what but perhaps they're both hanging out in that creepy abandoned building. Arisa agreed with her and they went looking for the missing students, but after going inside the place and walking up the stairs, Izumi suddenly reached up to grab the girl's long, black hair before using all her strength to pull Arisa backwards, smiling wickedly as she quickly tumbled down the stairs until finally stopping at the very bottom, resulting in a broken neck along with other major injuries as well!
"Those bullies won't ever bother you again, I promise! No I don't know what happened to them, but all that matters is that we're both together now, and I'll never let anyone else hurt you Misa."
Izumi smiled happily as she hugged her dear, sweet friend Misa, who had been the repeated target of those three less than pleasant girls, but since they were all dead it meant that Misa was free to enjoy life as best she could, and besides, the police were surely looking for a male serial killer rather than a female one, and since Izumi covered her tracks very well she'd most likely not get arrested but even if she did, this devious young woman came from a wealthy family with strong connections to the powers that be, and they'd no doubt pay rather handsomely in order to get Izumi off the hook and back on the streets once more!
