"It definitely does, Ryan. And, Paul is now your, uncle. Which gives you and the kids, an open invitation to come to our house any time. And, just to warn you, We live with Lauren and Michael. And, Lauren loves to take over everything. But, in a nice way. She, just loves every, and she's in no way over-bearing. Plus, Mary let's her take over the kitchen. So, you know what that means" She, grinned at him.
"And, one more thing. Don't forget you also have now, Aunt Tracy and Uncle Victor. Plus, their families. And, when you get Tracy, you automatically, get Monica. Just like if you get Monica first, you automatically get, Tracy." She, took a deep breath, and giggled.
"And, you also get this, guy. I told him, Scotty. Stop poking me." She, pushed him back. "He's, Monica's brother. He can explain, everything to, you."
Ryan smiled softly at Christine. He felt her hug and hugged her back a little bit tighter. “It’s nice to meet you too, Aunt Christine. Since you’re officially my Aunt, that makes my little buddy, Carl my cousin.”
"I am, very happy, to be your, Aunt Christine. It does, have a nice ring to it, nephew." She, smiled softly, at him. She, stood up, and grabbed her purse. "I'm ready." She went over to Ryan, and hugged him tightly. "It's very nice, to meet, you."
Ryan chuckled softly when he heard Alexis. “Yeah, Tad and I go way back. I always considered him a great friend.” He smiled. “Now, thanks to this family, we are officially brothers.” He looked at Christine. “Aunt Christine? That really has a nice ring to it.”
Alexis giggled. "Of course, you and Tad Know each other. I keep forgetting. But, now you are officially, brothers.
And, I guess this makes Christine your aunt you guys. Since, Christine is married to Paul, who is Alan's, brother. Can we get, any more crazier.
All right. Come on. I'm buying. How about, we all meet at the Grand Phoenix. Any one, coming with us besides Christine." She, saw Christine raise her hand. She, giggled.
Ryan smiled softly at Alexis. “You and Julian will always be connected through the girls and your grandchildren. You have a wonderful thing going with Jason and Julian has a wonderful thing going with Kim. You will always be family no matter what.” He walked with her over to the office. “Hi Tad, it is great to see you again.” He hugged him then hugged Christine. “Hi Christine, it is great to see you again.” He looked at Scotty. “It is nice to finally meet you too, Scotty.” He shook his hand and nodded his head. “That’s right. Duke Lavery is my father.” He heard what Alexis said about the five of them doing lunch. “Sounds good to me.”
Scotty looked at Christine. “How about we make Tad the official coffee person?” He laughed. Then saw Alexis and Ryan. “Hi Alexis.” He hugged her. “It is a pleasure to finally meet you, Ryan.” He shook his hand. “Lavery, as in Duke Lavery?”
Tad shook his head. “Now why on earth would we be jealous?” He smiled at her. “You’re welcome for the coffee, Christine. There is nothing like Corinthos Coffee, that is for sure.” He smirked and nodded his head. “The three of us going out for lunch sounds great.” He smiled then saw Alexis with Ryan. “Hi Alexis.” He hugged her. “Long time, no see, Ryan.” He shook his hand.
"I know. I do miss, Julian. He was, my very first. And, he was, a really good guy. But, I have Jason now.
Here we are. Knock, knock" She, opened the door, and smiled.
"Tad. You're here today. Hi, Christine. Scotty." She, closed the door. "I'd like you too meet, my new brother, Ryan Lavery. Yes, Scotty. That, Lavery.
Christine, I guess you already know, Ryan. This is Scotty Baldwin. And, our brother Tad Grey. Ryan is our brother through Alex. Alex is Ryan's, mother. And, Tad is our brother through, Laura. Which makes you two brothers.
How about, we make it five for lunch." She, grinned at them.
"Oh, you two. Thank you, for the coffee, Tad." She, took off the cover, and took some. "This coffee is perfect, every time." She, grinned at him. "How about, the three of us, go to lunch this afternoon." She, grinned at th em.
Ryan gave her a soft smile. “You’re welcome, Alexis.” He shook his head and sighed. “That is such a shame.” About a few minutes later they arrived at the pier and he parked the car.
