All I can say is if you have loved ones, hug them and tell them you love them. As you don't know if it would be the last time you see them.
This year has been challenging for me ooc wise and I lost my mother in April this year. I'm doing my best to keep myself distracted by writing and musing. It's just been a painful experience for me. Hiding pain from it is rough. Criticize me if you wish. I rather be kind and humble than be rude. Stay humble.
