This proud but open-minded New Mexico Territory native fought for the Confederacy during the first Civil War, but not for the preservation of slavery because he seriously hated the thought of any man, woman, or child being kept in chains. Instead, he sought to make current day Arizona and New Mexico into an independent nation, but since he was only a mere captain at the time, others who were high above him ultimately failed in their quest, thus resulting in the Confederates eventually losing the war out west. However, after seeing the many horrible abuses committed against the good citizens by the arrogant Union army, General Steven Earl Deacon has now assumed leadership in this brand new effort, an effort to free New Mexico Territory from the iron grip of the United States Government. 1866 will no doubt prove to be a very pivotal year indeed, as the second Civil War begins with Steven firmly allying himself with his many highly trusted allies, however this conflict shall have absolutely nothing to do with slavery, but instead will be a fight for independence at any cost, as people of different races come together in order to end government oppression once and for all.
