Human from the "Saw" horror movies. Dr. Lawrence Gordon is the man who diagnosed John Kramer's cancer and was initially a suspect in the Jigsaw case. John targeted Gordon for being obsessed with work, neglecting his family, and having an affair with his medical student, Carla Song. Gordon was placed in a trap alongside Adam Stanheight and was tasked with killing him before the time limit ran out or his wife and daughter would be killed. He failed to do so, but instead severed his own foot to free himself from his shackle, and attempted to crawl to freedom, promising to get help for Adam. Lawrence passed out after using a hot steam pipe to cauterize his ankle stump. Jigsaw found him unconscious shortly after and helped him recover, fitting him with a prosthetic foot.
Jigsaw recruited Gordon afterwards, and used his medical skills to prepare traps, such as sewing the key behind Michael's eye (Saw II), suggesting Lynn Denlon as a test subject (Saw III), stitching Trevor's eyes shut (Saw IV) and writing a cryptic note that Mark Hoffman found on his desk (Saw V). Following John's death, he left a package, delivered by his wife Jill, that contained instructions to watch over Jill and to act on his behalf if anything was to happen to her. When Detective Mark Hoffman kills Jill and attempts to flee he is ambushed by three people in Pig masks, led by Gordon, and is left to die in the bathroom.
