The sweet revenge for centuries of torment had become His fondest memories of that dreadful woman. The only thing Useful to come out of being her only Son was the fact that he was the Heir to the Earth Kingdoms Throne. His Aunt Aeval had only married once before, and the Marriage had not produced a child before Her King had gone insane, and been Killed for Crimes of Treason. Supposedly Shed taken a vow of Chastity after her husbands death, but He had discovered differently. His punishment for such knowledge? Banishment from the Earth Kingdom. Over eight hundred years later, and he had never set foot in the lands since. Soon that would Be changing.Plans had been set in motion for an extremely secret plan to take place. The fewer that knew of the plan, The better.
In the Fyre kingdom a secret meeting was held between only three people. The King, Naur Ando vakha, and the Head guard of the Kingdom all Met in secrecy. Naur Ando Vakha was known as Aidan Carnell, before taking His position in the fyre kingdom, He had been a Messenger between all of the Kingdoms. In His previous position, He had acquired many friends in many places. Rein, The Head guard of the fyre Kingdom Had traveled between each of the Kingdoms in His time to recruit women into His Mothers guard. For some strange reason, She had requested only women, and Only trusted Rein. During His search, He had gained Many friends and Acquaintances that were loyal to him. The King had found a Messenger with special talents that He knew would be useful in sending messages to the known and trusted associates. She was a stubborn woman, But She was trustworthy, and he knew that She could do the job easily.
"When can your messenger Meet out contacts within the Kingdom?" Aidan asked, his bright blue eyes set on the King. "Diana is willing to let her pass through Arda Ando on her return, and She of course can pass through Naur Ando without question." "So Well have Her pass through Naur Ando, and into the Fyre Kingdom, Choose whichever form She desires,and You will guide Her to the border through the forest." The King pointed along the Map that lay on the table before them. "She Should arrive in the festival meadow and Be met by one of Our associates." He shot a glance to Rein, Who nodded. "Ebony is in the Earth Kingdom, awaiting word" Rein Replied, pointing to the area on the Map where his guard would be waiting for the messenger. The King looked back up to His Vakha. The beginning of the plan was set. Now all that needed to be done was retrieving, and briefing the messenger. "Aidan and I will go and get our messenger, then fill her in on Her part of the plan. You go and gather your girls. Have them ready, but tell them nothing of the plan. necessities only." With that, He stood, and rolled the map up to carry to their meeting. He handed it to Aidan, Who in turn placed it safely in His Messenger bag. Rein Headed deeper into the castle to follow His orders while the other two men returned to the human world through the Portal in Naur Ando, and made their way to meet up with the Messenger.

She sat there on the bench fanning herself, the heat annoyed her, and she knew he had to have done this on purpose. She had already walked the park several times, all she really wanted was to be at home in her cool house, laying in bed watching tv. She noticed two men at the far end of the park coming her way. The looks of the one resembled her boss, for his sake it better be him.

"This is The Naur Ando Vakha. His name is Aidan, and he will be leading You to the Border of the Earth Kingdom." Aidan gave a friendly smile, not speaking a word until he knew His King was finished speaking. Hed seen what happened to people that interrupted the King.

"First we Will be going through the forest..." He began, explaining the plan that had been discussed between the three men earlier that morning.

Splinters of light broke through the blanket as it began to be shredded by the creatures.

Her long ebony hair swayed with each step, brushing across her corset cinched waist. She appeared unarmed, but was far from it. She would not be using these weapons though hopefully. Once She heard rustling in the forest, she froze and looked to stood ready.

Deciding to move forward, she leapt out into the field over the brush that hid her, and ran towards the woman, slowing a few feet away keeping her distance as she paced about her wearily, scenting the fear and nervousness from her. Stopping in front of her she sat, before shifting once more to her human form. She gazed up at the woman her emerald eyes assessing her further. "I take it you are Ebony, the one Aidan spoke of?" she asked in a quiet voice, still crouched before the woman ready to spring back in defense if need be.

Go inside, and You will be greeted by a Servant girl named Krystal. She will receive the message from the King, and guide you on where to send this message."

She appeared, glancing around quickly to make sure she had still gone unnoticed, once sure she moved towards the sensations she felt, knowing it must be the hidden entrance. Quickly darting through the opening that appeared she looked about for her next contact.

She had long blonde hair, braided and pinned up out of the way. She wore servant clothes, and held an extra pair for the Messenger. She looked around nervously as She waited. Bright green eyes darted around the hall, fearing approach. Once the Messenger arrived through the door, She had worked herself into such fear that She jumped. the clothes She held were flung about as Her hands moved to her mouth to cover a scream.

"You are going to have to calm down if we are going to make it through this without notice.....try taking a deep calming breath...." she looked at the woman once dressed. In the Garden
King of Fyre TFR ~ (PoC- TDB) (EBS- TAK- ROD): *He followed her, Smiling wide as She talked about the blooms. He was intrigued to see which ones had caught her interests.*
She could hardly wait to show him the lovely blooming plant she had brought back from the Earth Kingdom. She walked hand in hand with him through the maze out towards the middle of the circular center with the huge water fountain aligned with the Lion statues at each points in different positions for the West representing water, emotion, psyche, and movement, North representing earth, home, security, and fertility, East representing air, communication, new beginnings, and new growth, South representing fire, energy, passion, creativity. For each of the lions there was a marble bench that sat across from it, each in tones to match each cardinal direction. It was that direction she headed towards but stopped a small bit along the way from it.
This specific spot was where he had made love to her for the first time when they had become an actual couple. Having stopped she looked to him smiling, her hand absentmindedly reaching out to touch the ivy wall there, memories of that first time flooding her mind. It was that moment in time when he proudly shared the fact of his honing his Earth powers with her. It was such a special moment in time, one she would never forget. It was the reason why she had chosen this spot for her new found beloved plant with its beautiful blooms of a magenta pink coloring.
The smile she wore soon turned into a frown feeling the pain there. There were several spots strategically placed within the garden maze that marble benches had been placed to relax and enjoy the surroundings, this was one of them. Releasing his hand she turned walking over to the bench sitting off the edge of it next to the newly transferred plant brought back from the Earth Kingdom. Reaching up she gently touched one of the petals of one of the blooms. The pain, and hurt thrummed through her louder than a bass drum when she did. An overwhelming sadness overtook her, with the softest of whispers she spoke to it, a tear escaping her eye to course down along her cheek. I am so sorry, I should not have stayed away so long, I will fix this. She released the petal leaning over burying her fingers into the ground.
The rush of pain she felt in that moment was intense, almost rocking her back, but she held steady keeping her dainty fingers buried in the soil. She closed her eyes taking it all in. She could feel the loss of minerals, and all the essential nutrients the soil lacked. It was not rich in a sense for such a plant to survive in the human realm. She had not thought of such a thing when she had brought back the beautiful plant, never realizing it would need more here to survive. With a small breath taken in she rushed a surge of power into the soil, replenishing it, drawing the essential things need for it to survive from deep down within the layers of the ground, searching for the things needed drawing them up to enrich the soil once more. When she finally felt the pain, and hurt ebbing away to where it was gone, she released her breath opening her eyes drawing her fingers from within the soil.
Sitting up she smiled once more seeing the blooms, and leaves not so wilted, they took on the look of a perky plant, one with an inner life. She did not worry about water, for the forecast held rain for over night, so her beloved plant would have much to quench its thirst then. Once more she reached to lovingly touch one of the petals speaking softly. Do not fret, I will come again tomorrow to tend to you once more. Feeling better, she turned to her beloved husband smiling. The plant itself was a gift of sorts, one she felt fit well in their special place, and she hoped she liked it. Her eyes held a sparkle of excitement as she spoke now. Do you like it? I do not know what it is called, but I just had to have ithere! she bit at her lower lip looking to him for his approval.

X King of Fyre TFR ~ (PoC- TDB) (EBS- TAK- ROD): Once he saw Where She was taking Him, He couldnt help but smile. He remembered that day perfectly. It was their spot. The memory was so long ago, it almost seemed like another lifetime. So much had happened in the last year alone, and that had been a few years before. The area that He had pressed Her against on the ivy wall was still a brighter green than the rest. A faint hint of the flowers that had bloomed around them remained, but most had been grown over with time. As She spoke softly to the plant, His eyes moved from the ivy to look over the wilting plant. He hadnt felt the pain from it immediately, but he could now. His arms crossed over His chest as He watched Her with the plant. A smile crossed over His face while He watched her reviving the plant. He was proud of Her use of powers, and How She they had grown over time. Memories of when they revived the Earth Kingdoms castle after the fire came flooding back. A new life seemed to come into the flower as the minerals in the soil came to the surface. I love it. He smiled wide, moving to her, eyes on the flower still. His arms wrapped around her waist, settling on the opposite side. The other hand rested on Her stomach. Its almost as beautiful as You. He smiled before Kissing her softly. Maybe We can bring home some soil from the Kingdom next time We go. Might help the rest of the garden as well. Make it even more beautiful. He looked to the plant once more. It truly was beautiful, a perfect addition to their spot.

From Birth He had been told what His purpose in Life was, His entire life planned out before He was even created. He was to follow in His Father′s footsteps once He came of age. He thought He′d have more time to prepare Himself, but that spell reacting wrong had enhanced His growth far more than He had hoped for. Now He was thrust into the life of Responsibilities He didn′t want, and wasn′t ready for. The growth hadn′t been all bad though. He′d gotten to know a Wolf He′d admired for quite awhile in a way He′d only fantasized about Before. Cherie and the Fyre Prince were mated, and he never intended on giving Her up.
As hard as it was to tear his thoughts away from Her, it was time to focus on what was to come. Today was His first day of His apprenticeship with the Naur Ando Vakha, a position he was to take over when He was ready. The Land of Naur Ando was the land holding the Portal into the Fae Realm. There was no getting into the realm without the permission of the Vakha. The Vakha, currently a Man named Aidan Carnell, was the guardian of the portal, and the only one with permission to let others through the gate. How exactly this was possible, He did not know yet. All he knew was that When the Vakha was not Near, the Portal was closed. The appearance of a contained explosion floating midair was what it would look like when it was closed. He remembered that much from when He was younger. His Father would bring Him through with Him for his Lessons every day. His Lessons had been in the Capital City, His father leaving both Him and His sister with Aidan to be Taken there while He went to the Capitol. When the Portal was opened, it appeared as a thousand flaming glass shard gravitated around a flame that never burned out.
The Lands of Naur Ando are only known as that by those in the Fae Realm. In the Human world the lands are Known as The Southern Isles. The portal itself is contained within The Vakha′s home, and it is no easy feat to find it. There is no straight path to the Portal, only a maze of hallways that constantly change. Most of the civilians in the land of Naur Ando are faes of some sort, humans are kept out by a special warding that will make them physically ill if they enter without invitation. In fact, The entire string of Islands is invisible to those not invited to the lands. Ships are veered away to prevent crashing. The Portal is located on the main island called Mela. The Castle that contained it was heavily guarded Not only by guards, but by magic as well. The Castle of Naur Ando is made completely out of black stones taken from inside the volcanoes of the Human world, Orange, red, and yellow glass fill the windows. Archers stand guard on the wall, ready to strike if anyone becomes a threat to the castle. Their bows stretch simultaneously on their approach, all bolts targeted on the new arrival, following them inside the gate. Once the gate is entered, the guards relax, and return to their watch. The next round of guards take over from that point. Directly outside the castle, and leading in the guards all stand watch, swords raised and ready. The men face in every direction, and stand like statues. Two men stand at the entrance, two more on each side of the hall directly inside, and so on. There is not a single hall left unguarded. His blood was what the Kingdom Thrived on, it lived because his Bloodline lived. The guards relaxed, bowing Their heads when They sensed Him, letting Him pass without objection. This was another thing He had remembered from his visits during His childhood. The Guards had known Him and His father when They arrived. Everyone knew Who they were. They were feared, and respected, even though He had done nothing yet to be either.
Once inside, he was greeted by the lower ranking Lords of the Fyre Kingdom, who guided him to the Office of the Vakha. The Castle itself was made of Black volcanic stone. Torches lighting the way, even though He knew that the Inner rooms used electricity. Perhaps it was for show? To enhance the Ambiance, and mystery of the building? Traditions maybe? His mind continued to run with curiosity, and His own thoughts as He was stopped just before a door. He knew this was where He was to Meet Aidan. Aidan was His Godfather, He′d known Him his entire life.
The door was opened to reveal the messy haired man who was older than His father, but held the appearance of a man just barely into his twenties when He bothered to grow facial hair, which it seemed He had begun again. "About damn time." Aidan said before He even stepped into the office. "Although I suppose I should be happy You even showed up at all today." He had been standing, and looked down to the papers spread out over His desk. Picking one up, He handed it to Delron. "I was starting to think that You were going to take after your Father and I would have to drag you out of bed on a regular basis." Aidan began walking, motioning for Del to follow. There was no hesitation, He knew better.
As they walked, He looked over the paper, going over everything Aidan had listed on it for Him. "First thing." Aidan began, reciting the list from memory. "Always start your Morning off by checking the grounds. Doesn′t have to be the whole islands, the people below that watch over each individual one will report back if there are any problems." Aidan did not look back as He spoke, He only continued walking. "Second thing You need to know." Aidan continued. "Your People." Del looked down at the list before looking around to see where they were going. It seemed that they were heading outside. "If You don′t know your People, You won′t be able to help them in the ways they need. You don′t need to get to know every single person in the lands on a personal level, but enough to get a good feel of how the day to day life is for each of them." They continued on their way, a servant meeting them with a horse for each. Del rolled up the paper, and stuffed it into His pocket before climbing up onto the horse. "Where are We going?" He asked curiously. "To The Market." Aidan replied as if the answer should have been completely obvious. "What better place to get to know the People?" He asked, shaking the reins of the horse, and Urging them forward. Del followed suit, and waited for the next part of His lessons to begin. Once they stopped, they were in the center of the market. A man instantly came to tend to the horses while Aidan walked to a specific booth. Del Hurried to catch up, almost losing Him in the process. He had been to the market only a small handful of times. It was an outdoors Market with carts and tents. This was nothing like the Markets in the rest of the Human world.
Lost in His own thoughts yet again, He nearly bumped into Aidan as they stopped. Aidan spoke to the Market keeper in the native tongue of the homeworld. Del knew the language, but Didn′t listen in on the conversation. English was His first language. The homeworld language was far too complex to memorize and speak fluently for Him. Once the two men finished speaking though, Aidan turned to Del, and smiled. "Alright. It′s all set." He said, patting del on the Chest. "You′re gonna stay here today, and get to know your People." Aidan leaned in close, Dropping His volume just above a whisper. "I wouldn′t really put the fact that you′re the Heir to the Kingdom out there too often though. They know your Father′s powers, and will assume You share them. They always act different around Him." Patting Him once More on the Chest, His hand moved to squeeze his shoulder before leaving. Delron′s eyes widened as He turned. He was really leaving Him! "Come on Boy! We′ve got lots for you to do!" The market keeper spoke behind Him, drawing His attention back to the burly man with a Massive beard. It almost matched the wild mane of black hair surrounding His head. del′s eyes widened in horror as the man wrapped His arm around Him. He felt like a child again just from the sheer size of the Man. the Man lead Him to the back of a tent where piles of boxes were stacked. "These are the food that Sir Aidan has provided for the Vendors from His farm. You deliver these to each tent, and learnt the names of each vendor, the Kingdom they hail from, and How many Children they have. Speak to each one for at least five Minutes. Del nodded, and the Man patted Him on the back so hard that the force of it knocked him forward a step, and He had to regain Himself. The man ordered the servants to load up a cart to follow behind the Prince.
Four hours later, He had finally reached the end of the Market, and every tent had been visited. He′d met people from the Fyre and Earth Kingdoms, a surprising amount of combinations of Elemental bloods, and even a few from the Capitol. All knew Who His father was of course. Some approving of Him, others not fond of some of the changes He had made since he had taken over. There was no pleasing everyone. He had learned quite a bit. The servants let Him ride the empty cart back to the main Tent. Once they arrived, the Man seemed pleased. "All finished then?" He spoke in His deep, booming voice. "Now it′s time for My lunch. You man the gate, and greet every person that comes into the Market now." He said while standing. "Watch them, make sure there are no suspicious characters coming into the Market." With that said, the Man left Him alone in the tent at the beginning of the market.
Pacing just on the inside of the gate, He folded His hands just before Him, and watched for anyone that might arrive. Several hours past, and it began to grow dark, but he had greeted every person who had entered the gates, and said farewells to all that had left. Finally the Man returned, and it was time for the Market to close. He helped the Man close down everything, and lock up for the night after all of the vendors had left. "You did well today Boy. Go and tell Lord Carnell that You passed the first day. I will see you in the morning." The man said with another firm pat on the back. "I will see you then." Del responded before returning to His horse, and the Castle of Naur Ando. He made his way to Aidan′s office alone this time, now fully knowing where it was. He was growing comfortable already. "All done?" Aidan asked, looking up from His work when Del opened the door. He waved a hand to tell Him to close the door behind him, and looked down at His work. "He told me to tell You that I passed. He seemed pleased." Del Said, taking a seat, and finally realizing how badly his feet hurt after being on them all day. "Good." Aidan Responded without looking up. "You will be going back in the morning, but not for the entire day. I still have more for you to learn here. I just wanted to get you out there so everyone knows You are following in your father′s footsteps." He finally looked up. "They need to know that You are nothing like your Grandmother. You should be feared, yes. Not in the way She forced people to fear Her. In the end none were truly Loyal. You don′t want them to turn on you as easily as they turned on Her." "At my Father′s doing." Del finished. He knew the story. It had become a bedtime story of sorts when He was younger. His Grandmother had been a Merciless Tyrant that had banished His Father. He′d spent centuries with Aidan working on the right plan of action to dethrone Her, and win the guards to his favor. that alone had been a simple task. The hard part had been finding the blade that would take the power from Her. Once it was found though, it had all happened perfectly. His Father had been running the Kingdom with Aidan ever since. "Yes. At Your father′s doing with Help from Me." He nodded towards the door. "Go rest. You have another busy day tomorrow, and I will see you in the morning." Aidan said, Del standing slowly. the bottoms of His feet had gone numb, and He wavered a moment before walking slowly out the door. He made His way home, and fell face first into the bed. It was only a few seconds before He passed out
"The time has come ." The king spoke to his guard as He made his way to the meeting room in the Fyre Kingdom. The room was long and narrow. A long table nearly filling it. The table was built from the same black volcanic glass that made up the rest of the castle. The ceiling had been closed off in the meeting room for privacy. The rest of the castle′s ceilings were tinted in translucent glass in shades of oranges, reds, and yellows. The tinted ceilings sent light through the whole castle from the never ending source of light that covered the lands. In the meeting room, the room was lit by torches along the wall, and another in a bowl that lay in the center of the long table.
The King entered the room, lighting the torches on entrance with a single thought. His guard followed closely, carrying maps, and other documents with him. Taking his place at the table, the King leaned back in his chair, and placed his feet on the table. One foot kicked over the other before resting comfortably. His hands folded neatly in his lap as he waited for His guard to place the maps and documents on the table. He had just returned from the Capitol where he had been meeting with the other Royals from the other kingdoms within the realm. During this meeting He had made a very special announcement involving the Fyre and Earth Kingdoms. The door opened, and the King′s chin tilted upwards to watch the three new arrivals enter the room. Aidan Carnell, The Naur Ando Vakha, Diana Bast, the Arda Ando Vakha, and lastly, Faen Kane, the newest Addition to His council, the Shalaath of Naur Ando. Once the three were seated, The King moved his feet to the floor, and sat upright to place his folded hand neatly ln the table before him in one fluid motion. "I appreciate all of you coming on such short notice." He began, giving a nod to his guard, who immediately unrolled the map onto the table before the three of them.
"I know Aidan is very familiar with the lands, and the rest of you should become very familiar with them yourselves soon" he gave them all a moment to look over the map. "Today in the meeting between the Royals I announced plans to open up the islands to training soldiers for the Earth Kingdom. Each of you will have an island to watch over. Melodie as well." He pointed to one of the smaller islands in the middle. "This is Mela, the Main island. This is where the portal opens up. Naur Ando already existed there before, so the building is set up. The portal is hidden by a maze of hallways that only Aidan and I can navigate. Once we settle into the lands, he will show both of you the way." His finger trailed along to the islands just to the south of the larger main land. "This is where those who have completed training will be based. Tor Mir. The land is filled with crystal mines." He looked to His Guard. "You and Faen will take turns watching over this island, as well as Yanyoga." He moved His finger along the map once more to the smaller island on the opposite side of the larger land above. "There will be slight training here, but only the basics. The majority of the training will be on these two islands." He moved his finger down along the island to touch both places on the map. "Styx has been nicknamed isle of bones since that is where the remains from Eden and execution island are sent. New recruits are sent there as well. Whoever survives gets sent to the devil′s backbone for further training." He looked to Faen. "We will discuss those more in depth later. These two islands are yours though." His hazel eyes shifted towards Diana. "You help out with any assistance Faen needs. Sian Draug is where the wolf troops will train and hunt. Melodie is in charge of them." pausing, He placed one hand on either side of the map, and looked between the three of them. "Any questions?" he asked with a tilt of His head.
Months before
Time has a way of moving quickly, and changing us without even realizing it. Years can pass in the blink of an eye, and You′ve become someone You never thought possible without even realizing it, or even thinking about it. Years had passed, yet is seemed like only Yesterday that he′d had his first meeting with The Queen of the Black Kingdom. He′d respected her always, and always would. As He finished cleaning up the office He′d set up in the Fires of the South, His thoughts drifted back to that day.
"Surviving the death of your beloved with grace is the Greatest Strength one can possibly posess. I believe you are capable of keeping his memory alive within you, and far surpassing any other ruler in your strength to do so." He said in a steady and polite tone. "Just waking in the morning and leaving bed is more than enough for some. The fact that you sit before me is proof of Much Strength."
It was nearly five years since He′d said those words to her, now they were here. So many things had happened along the way, and it was impossible to tell what decisions had been made along the way that made something that had once seemed so wonderful something to be dreaded. Her words to Him rang in His mind once more.
"I am ready. I know I have much to learn Sir. I do hope that within our communications, you would offer me aid if I am confused or not sure on how something should be handled. Until I have learned what it is required of a Queen to rule in her husband′s stead...."
She′d grown into a wonderful Queen, one to be proud of. Now things had taken an ugly turn, and It was hard to stay. He no longer could stay, even for His dear friend. He would remain Her friend, or hoped to at least after all was said and done.
The room was now bare, only the desk He sat at remaining. Once again He′d drawn up papers for Her to look over, and sign. These papers were not like the ones He′d given her on that day though. These papers were for Her to sign the Southern Isles over to Him, and make them officially a part of the Fyre Kingdom. He stared at the papers for a long moment, a full minute passing before He realized that He hadn′t been breathing. So many thoughts and emotions were moving so quickly, it was impossible to distinguish one from another.
Someone spoke. Who? He wasn′t quite sure. The words drew his attention, but He couldn′t understand them. His Mind was in a distant place, lost in His tangled thoughts. He should be going though, He knew that much. With a soft nod of His head, He acknowledged the man in the doorway. His hands had begun to warm without Him even realizing it. Smoke rose around his fingertips, the smell reminding him that the wooden desk was there. He forced himself to stand, and nodded to the papers. the boy quickly grabbed them, and rolled them up. Closing His eyes, The Fyre King, and former Regent sifted them to the Castle where the Queen resided. Once they arrived, He remained perfectly still, unable to open His eyes.
Today
Underneath the castle on Mela
How much time that had passed since He had last stepped through the portal was unknown to the King. It was almost strange to step through the glowing sphere of shattered fragments where the veil between realms had been broken. The once lively sounds He had grown accustomed to were now replaced by a deafening silence. Torches lit with a single thought from the King along the maze of hallways leading to the main area of the castle. A thin layer of dust coated everything. A line of guards followed behind Him, immediately following the orders given to them that very morning. Waving them ahead with one hand, He used the other to wipe a finger along one of the tables along the hallway. His thoughts wandered back to when He had been there last. He had already taken some personal time away from the responsibilities He′d taken on in the Kingdom before He′d officially stepped away. In the end He had left completely. He had hoped for an easy and peaceful break, but That hadn′t been the case. The Queen had kept the lands as part of the Kingdom, still considering them his. No one else would be allowed to touch the lands, They always had been, and always would be his. That was the arrangement that had been made.
As the guards went about their orders, He made His way to where His office had been. The office had been set up similar to the office He worked from within the Fyre Kingdom. The desk was carved from wood taken out of the dark forest, the chair′s frame carved from the Black volcanic stone. Red fabric covered the cushioning added for comfort in the long days He would spend in this very room before. His fingertips left a winding trail along the desk as He brushed them over the dusty surface. Pulling the chair out, He sat down in one quick motion, a cloud of dust billowing around Him. Leaning back in the Chair, He kicked his feet up onto the desk and laced His fingers behind His head.
The dust beginning to line the bookshelf was obscuring the titles of the books. His eyes closed, and He took in the musky scent of the room that had once been such a major part of his life. It would be again He hoped. He wanted nothing more. Plans would slowly begin to take effect, and the islands would be booming with action again. Perhaps He′d even go for a hunt on Eden. It had been awhile since His last hunt. A smile formed at the thought of it. Oh it was good to be back. Soon enough the winery would be back in business. Everything would finally be as it should be. Life would be perfect once more.
Changes, they come along when the boredom sets in. Changes were the only constant he had, and the only way to frame time correctly in his mind. The Prince, the Angel, the Exile, the Wanderer, the Demon, all masks and roles he had assumed in his lifetimes. Currently he was finding himself without a specific role to play. He had no reason to stay in the human world, and nothing to tie him to the world anymore. The boredom had set in, and it was time for things to change.
In the human world, he had started so many tasks to occupy his time; it was hard to imagine becoming bored. After awhile though the monotony, and repetition chipped away at even the excitement of a hunt. Nothing seemed to take the boredom away anymore. Moments of distraction when he was able to spend them with Her could make him forget, but they were becoming few and far between. Humans were a good way to kill time while he was away from Her, and release the anger and frustration that welled up when he couldn't feel Her body relax completely against his own. Legs intertwined after a violent and bloody fuck as they lay together in the bliss of it all. Fuck he missed her. They weren't actually together, yet he missed Her. Things with them were... complicated to say the least. There was nowhere else that he would rather be than in that moment, soaked in sweat and honey with her warm, sweet... stop. He closed his eyes, trying to remind himself what he was doing in this current moment.
Black eyes opened to glance at the restrained and stripped woman that had been hung by her feet inside the fireplace. Kneeling down, he summoned a small orange flame, and held it just before the pile of sticks that lay below her dangling fiery red hair. "Stop!" Her assistant Pleaded from his place tied to the chair behind the demon.
"You know what will make me stop....." He spoke in a distant voice, brushing the fingers of his other hand through the girl's hair. "Her hair already looks like fire, think you'll be able to tell the difference when I light it?" He asked with a tilted head, and genuinely curious tone. The man only continued to plead, causing the Demon's head to snap quickly in the direction of the man. "I ASKED YOU A FUCKING QUESTION GOD DAMNIT!" He growled loudly and angrily before turning back to the girl. "He's so rude, isn't he? How do you put up with him?" He asked in a gentle tone. The girl only whimpered in response.
"I'll give you anything you want, just don't hurt her!" The man Screamed, obvious fear and pain in his voice. A dark and sinister smile formed on his face as he pulled the rope to release the girl, and cause her to fall onto the pile of sticks. Her skirt, and white shirt were covered in soot from the chimney. She tried to crawl away, but was caught by her hair, and pulled back against the demon. She was in her early twenties, the same age as many girls he had played with over the centuries.
"Speak...." The Demon said, locking his black eyes on the man as he pulled a knife from his boot, and ran the edge lightly across the girl's skin.
"Under... Under the foundation." The man spoke hesitantly, pausing as he watched the man with his asisstant. The demon's hand gripped her throat firmly as he licked her cheek.
"You know she's a pretty girl, I might fuck her if you keep fucking me around like this." The knife slowly moved down the girl's chest, and continued until it reached the edge of her skirt. The Man looked on in horror as the knife began to lift up the skirt.
"Under the master bedroom, there is a door in the closet that leads to a secret room. It's right there..." The man's voice broke off as he began to sob. "Please..." he begged. The demon only rolled his eyes in response, and nipped at the girl's earlobe.
"You think he's telling the truth?" He asked the girl. She nodded, and remained completely frozen in fear. Tears ran down her cheek, the Demon licked them up with a grin. "Don't go turning me on now! May not be able to control what I do to you..." He smirked wickedly. "Oh who am I kidding, I knew the second I saw you that I wanted to play with you." He shoved the girl to the floor. "To the bedroom!" He commanded, tilting his head to get a better view as she fell. The short skirt had hiked up slightly to reveal a black lace thong.
Without attempting to get up, the girl crawled towards the bedroom. the Demon followed behind, kicking up her skirt to get a better view.
"Open the door..." He said, leaning against the doorframe. She did as she was told, and looked back to him with a tear streaked face. He walked slowly over to her as she sat on her knees. Running his fingers across her cheek, he couldn't help but smile. "While I am down there you should strip, and wait on the bed for me." He gripped her face firmly, and looked her dead in the eyes. "Try to run or help your asisstant, and I will not hesitate to cut your tits off. Understood?" he growled, narrowing his eyes to make sure she understood. She nodded, fear filling her face. She would listen.
"Good girl." He said, letting her go, and heading downstairs. He found exactly what he had been searching for. In the center of the room there was a box, buried halfway in the ground. Inside the box was what he had been searching for since he had been sent to this world. Kneeling down on the ground, he opened the box. The object glowed slightly as he reached into the box. The power from it was calling to his blood, it belonged to him, and needed to be returned to the Family bloodline. His blood had been the only reason that his Mother had kept him alive after she had taken over the throne. The power to the Kingdom resided in his Father's bloodline, without it the Kingdom would literally fall apart. From the beginning, the family had taken the throne establishing themselves as the rulers by creating the castle that now took up the entire underground of the Kingdom and continued to grow and change as long as the bloodline of the ruler continued to flow. If the bloodline was lost, the entire castle would crumble and take the Kingdom with it. He was the last of the bloodline.
His blood was singing with power, and his heart racing with adrenaline. He needed it. As he unwrapped the blade slowly from its red velvet sheath, his fingers caressed the edge of the box that had contained it tenderly before moving slowly towards the latch. His breath caught in his throat, and his eyes shone bright green with desire as the box was opened, and the room lit with the power from the blade. Freezing completely, he could only stare at the beauty of it. The iron blade with the ruby droplets along the blade, leading to the silver hilt with lines of alternating rubies and Topaz designed to look like flames all leading to the Fire Opal Pommel where the majority of his Father's power were stored. The entire knife glowed with the power of his family's history though. Power that was meant to be his, but had been taken away from him before he could receive it.
Fingers hovering over the blade, He gently caressed the bloodstone crossblade before wrapping them around the hilt and gripping it firmly in his hand. A small moan escaped from his throat as he exhaled, and lifted the blade from its resting place. Eyes shifted from emerald green to pitch black in one blink as he ran his free hand over the blade. He was careful not to touch the iron as he closed his eyes, and leaned his head back. Chanting quietly to himself in his native tongue, he felt a spark from the blade, and grinned wide before continuing to chant, slightly louder. It was at a tone audible to human ears now and slowly growing the more he felt the power seeping into his blood, his very soul. It was an intoxicating and deeply pleasurable feeling, one he would never forget. Moaning the final words of the chant in a near scream, he felt the last of the power surge into him, and fill him completely.
The knife fell to the floor with a light ping, and his eyes opened to reveal flaming Irises over the already blackened eyes. A dark and sadistic grin formed as he felt the power working its way through his body. He felt more alive than he had ever felt before. He wanted to fight, he wanted to Fuck, he wanted to kill. He wanted everything in the world, but mostly, he wanted revenge.
Smiling sadistically, he stretched his body to help let the new powers flow through him better. His heart was still racing, and his body was on a natural high. Fingers flexed, and a low growling moan rumbled through his body before he let his body relax, and bent to pick up the knife. The glowing had vanished, but he could still feel the power radiating from the blade. Tucking it into the sheath behind his back, he moved his shirt to hide the hilt. It was time to play.
Letting his eyes return to their normal Hazel color, he sifted to the portal in Naur Ando that would let him enter into the Fyre Kingdom. The Nikerym knew him on sight, and let him pass without question. When Hed been sent to the world, Hed taken the position of Vakha under His Mothers orders until He produced an Heir, then she claimed that She would hand the throne over to Him. He had known better though, and refused to Father any children because He knew it would mean His death. His Mother had chosen those beneath him, watching His every move. Now on the other side of the Portal, the First matter at hand was contacting the right people. The first to be Contacted would be his old and dear friend Aidan. They had grown up together as children, his Father had been the King's personal guard, and the one that had stood by the Prince's side when he was made to watch his Mother's torture. He was also the man that had tried to get the knife to him in the human world.
Knocking on the Man's door, he was let in quickly, the door closed behind him in a hurry. "The Nikerym saw me, so Mother knows I am here." He told Aidan in a hushed voice. His mind explored the small cabin to search for others in the vincinity, but they were alone. He moved to unsheath the blade, and held it out for the other man to see. A grin formed on both of their faces, and the Prince's Eyes flashed the firey black they had been before his arrival. "It worked!" Aidan exclaimed, moving towards the knife for closer examination, but not touching it. The Prince nodded in response, and stood still while the knife was being examined. "And Now it's time to begin the next part of our plan..." He spoke with a wide grin. He was definitely going to enjoy all that was to come next.
In the beginning of everything there was only the Realm of the Fae. The first Gate opened in the capitol city of Annwn. The great halls were built around it on the Fae side. It was to remain untouched until it was discovered what it was for. The first creature through was unknown to the Fae at the time. Many were killed by the beast. It appeared to look like a dragon, but it did not fly or breathe fire, so it was easily defeated by one the knights who was known for battling Dragons who caused problems for the Kingdom. It was later discovered that the beast who came through was what the inhabitants on the other side now call dinosaurs. The body of the slain beast was preserved with magic, and put on display in the great halls. After the attack from the beast, an explorer was sent through to see what kind of beings the world on the other side held. Only more beasts were found. Various types were discovered, some dangerous, others harmless. After some time passed, more gates opened up in the same area. Rooms were built around each one, and all guarded by the first Vakha. Each one that opened was explored. These ones opening though did not lead to the same world as before. Each one lead to another world on another plain, and sometimes even across the universe.
Awhile after The Portals in the capitol opened, rumors began to circulate about Gates opening in the other Kingdoms. The First Vakha sent His men to each of the Kingdoms. Explorations were sent through each one. It was established that the lands on the other side were not inhabited so they were safe to be left unguarded. At this time it was unknown that this period was what the humans now call their "Ice age" that was between the time of the dinosaurs, and the rise of the human race. During the rise of the humans, the andos remained unchecked and unobserved. They had been considered a non threat, so they were no longer feared.
After generations had passed, disappearances had begun in the Kingdoms. The Fyre Kingdom had the most. The Fyre King took an expedition through the portal to search for their missing villiagers. Other Kingdoms joined in on the search once it was realized that there were entire civilisations of a new race in the world. The new race were similar to the fae, but different. there were creatures among them that were even more different. The Fyre Kingdom was the first to be attacked. The King and His guards were murdered by a creature and drained of all blood.
After the Death of the King, the creatures craved the blood of the fae, and attempted to enter the world to drink more of their blood. A few even made it through. The Queen of All Cast a spell on all of the portals that would make the blood of the creatures explode once entering into the realm. It was ordered that castles be built around the portals on both sides to protect those inhabiting the realm. Each Kingdom chose a trusted, and worthy Member of the Kingdom to represent the Realm on the other side of the Portal. These chosen members were the Vakhas for Each Kingdom.
Menel Ando is the Portal leading into the Sky Kingdom. In the Human world, this portal is located in what is now known as the United states, specifically it's located in the Bayou of Louisiana. The first Menel Ando Vakha was the Head Knight to the Kingdom, a trusted family of warriors has come from His line, the responsibility being passed down through the generations to each son.
Alu Ando is the Portal into the Water Kingdom. In the human world this is located in the center of the body of water known as Loch Ness in the land of Ireland. The first Alu Ando Vakha was a Selkie* every Vakha after him has remained a Selkie. It hasn't always been the same family, but always the same type of Fae.
Naur Ando is the portal into the Fyre Kingdom. In the Human world this is located on an island just south of Volcanoes. The Island is now known as "Mela" in the Southern Isles of the Black Kingdom. After the Attack of the Fyre King, The Heir took over the Kingdom, and Placed His brother in charge of Naur Ando. It has always been a member of the Royal family to watch over Naur Ando. Part of growing into the Heir is watching over the portal, and it is considered a "Training" for becoming Ruler one day.
Arda Ando is the portal into the Earth Kingdom. In the human world it is located in the land known as England. In the countryside, the land appears to be a field. there is a great spell cast over it that anyone not invited or welcomed will turn and leave of their own accord without even realizing that they did such a thing. Once welcomed in though, the land itself will appear, and the castle as well. The First Arda Ando Vakha was a Cait Sith**, and all following have been the same.
*Selkie are fae that Take the form of a seal in the water, and a sidhe form on Land. If their skin is taken, they become a slave to the one who posesses it until they can find it and escape.
**Cait Sith are a form of fae that take on the form of a Large black Cat with a white spot on their chest.
IN the beginning of time, there was both light and dark in the lands. Three beings roamed the lands, two siblings, and Their Mother. The siblings fought constantly, each one thinking themselves better than the other. One of the Siblings favored light, while the other Favored Dark. As the siblings grew, they began to control the light and dark. Days, and night both grew longer and shorter according to their whims. Eventually the fighting became so intense that Mother separated the two siblings to opposite sides of the realm. Darkness could never cross into light, and Light could never cross into the Dark. Mother took the center of the lands to make sure that the two never broke the peace. Each was allowed to visit Mother in these lands, but only one at a time for specific times. Light visits in the day, Dark Visits at night, equal amounts of time for both.
Eventually, Each sibling had Children of their own. It was growing harder to contain the light and dark. In an effort to help, Mother took the elements, and created a Kingdom for each. She plucked the wind from the sky, the water from the sea, a flame from a fire, and a Handful of earth each created the rulers of the Kingdoms. The Earth was set on the light side, the Water in the dark. Sky and Fyre held half in each land. Mother took each of the elements into herself as well to continue keeping the peace. The Children of the light and dark moved into the lands, and took on the elements of the Kingdoms. Some remained in the lands of dark, and the lands of light.
The eldest of each began their own Kingdoms. The children of the Light called themselves the Seelie, while the Children of the Dark called themselves the Unseelie.
Each of the Kingdoms took on a symbol for the Royal families Mother Had created. Sky are symbolized by a single feather floating midair. Fyre took on the Symbol of the Phoenix. The earth took on the symbol of a solitary tree. Water took on a Bloomed water lily as their symbol. Once the family symbols were chosen, Mother blessed each of the families with special powers only they held.
Sky Kingdom hold the power over the wind, sunlight, and the sky itself. There is no sun in the fae realm though, so the power of the sun was easily confused for power over light itself. Like the Children of the Light, they can manipulate the light to make themselves disappear if desired, or even appear however they wish to others. This power has since bled into every Kingdom through the generations, but was originally a light only power. This power is now referred to as Glamour. In the Human world, the power of the Sun is Much more useful. The special power dedicated to the royal family of the Sky Kingdom is the ability to shift themselves into any bird form. The Higher ups have the ability to manipulate the wind into small tornadoes or windstorms. The absolute highest have the ability to create Hurricanes, and Larger tornadoes.
Water Kingdom hold power over any form of Water or Liquid. They're lands are all Water, and Marshlands. The Royal family Have the ability to turn themselves into Water beasts referred to as "Sea Monsters" or normal Sea animals. The higher ups can control Monsoons, and Tsunamis.
Earth Kingdom Royal Family was given the ability to shift into any land animal. The Higher ups have control over minor Natural disasters such as small landslides, or tremors. The Highest Members of The Kingdom have control over Massive natural disasters like, Dust tornadoes, Massive level Earthquakes, and Landslides.
Fyre Kingdom Royal Family take on the powers of the Phoenix, and the ability to Boil the blood of their enemies. The Higher ups have control over Volcanoes. Fyre Kingdom leans more towards the Dark side while Sky Leans more towards The Light. The two Kingdoms residing between the lands of Light and Dark Balance Each other out.
In the Center of everything Lay the lands of Neutrality known as the Capital Kingdom. The Castle lay in the Center, each Wing designed to appear as the Kingdom it faces. The North Wing is open like the buildings in the Sky Kingdom. The west Wing is made of wood, and surrounded by flowers and gardens. The Southern Wing is made of glass and volcanic stone. The Eastern Wing is where the pools, and water are Kept. The Hallways have clear floors with water flowing underneath, and fish tanks in the walls. The Ruler of the Capitol is carefully picked by the Queen, or Her closest Kingdom member (Usually a Lover, or close friend) When a Queen nears the end of Her Reign. The Ruler of the Capital Must meet all Requirements before even being considered.
1. Must hold the blood of all four elemental Kingdoms
2. Must Remain Neutral and Not choose sides between the Light and Dark.
3. Must Be Female.
4. Must Prove no Malicious intent on the Kingdoms, or to favor any above others.
5. Must not take a lover Not approved by the Advisers.
6. Must Vow Peace between the Kingdoms above all else, even Her own Life.
The Advisers are Chosen by the Leaders of Each Kingdom to represent the wisest, and best of the Realm. Each time a New Leader takes over a Kingdom, A new adviser for that Kingdom is Chosen. The previous adviser remains in the Capital for the first century to Help assist the New adviser in all that They need.

3. Major plot points are set up for each Kingdom by the Owners. If You wish to do something in a story that might effect a plot point, make sure to run it by the owners first. Always keep in mind the other Kingdoms, and how each action will effect the other parts of the world. Do not get power hungry, and try to take over other Kingdoms. The Hierarchy is set in place the way it is for a reason. All wars Must go through the Queen of All and Her Consort (Unless the secrecy is part of the Storyline, but even then the Owners need to be notified.)
4. All Major storylines will be posted on this page, and nowhere else (Unless it's a backup in your personal blog.) The Navigation blog is set up by Kingdom, Click on the Kingdom/ Ando the storyline is in, and the blog will be linked in the list.
5. Major roles will only be given to those trusted by the owners.
