Elizabeth was originally an overweight woman who was also the fiancƩe of Jeffrey Franken. During a birthday party, she was killed by an automatic lawnmower (created by Jeffery), which left only her head in tact. Jeffery, who is also a scientist who specializes in bioelectricity, decide to use what he learns to from his blueprints by creating a perfect body fir Elizabeth, which met the parts from escorts in new york city.
After her head was attached to the new body (made from differnt bodies of the escorts), Elizabeth was brought back but instead of her normal self, she began to act like an escort and asked if Jeffery if he has money, which he claims he doesn't and she slapped him, causing to her escape the basement and head out to look for customers.
Later after she was discovered by Zorro (the pimp who escort's bodies the Jeffery got), he plans to take her but when she refuses, he hit her so hard that her head fell off the body, just as Jeffery found her and returned her home. After putting her head back onto her new body and revive her, Elizabeth (who heard him calling her an escort) told him that she is not has return to her original self.
Upon learning about the accident and how Jeffery manages to save her, she witnesses Jeffery being killed by Zorro and he plans to take Elizabeth with him, since most of her body parts belong to him (via his escorts). Unfortunately, the left-over parts of the Escorts (who were brought back by the same thunderstorm) attacked and brought Zorro back into the cooler (along with some drugs for fun time) and killed him.
Hours later Elizabeth, who used Jeffery's notes and the same procedure he used on her brought Jeffery back but because the procedure only worked on female bodies, she revealed that she used the other escorts bodies and attach his head on to it, giving him a woman's body. As Elizabeth is happy that she and Jeffery can be together again, Jeffery now upset learns that he will have a female body for the rest of his life.
