Origins

She was sent from heaven to seek angelus and to kill him, but instead fell in love with him, within her, one of her spirits felt curious about this feeling since she was not to fall in love, this is when Constance come in. as much as she tries to hide her feelings, she heads back to haven and tells god she could not kill him. So she was treated as if she does not complete her mission, her wins will be stripped from her. Not wanting to lose her wings she went back this time with a spear... However, angelus mayella knew this because his brother in arms is a archangel. He waited for her and he offer himself to her to be killed, but could not be bared the thought of losing him, or her wings, that is when they make love to each other but not before Constance separated from her body and both made love to him, as well both got turn into a vampire, she knew she could not go back and soon her wings became red. now she got the power of a daywalker vampire and the power of holy. After 800 years, she wanted to walk the earth and try to save humanity from other creatures, and during the search, she found Cain who knew what she was and took her under his wing along with her sister. From that moment on, she punished the guilty with extreme justice, brutality and rage.
Present Day
She is a shield maiden for Cain Romanius army, she is in charge of the army and also as body guard to the family. She hunt down creatures and send them to hell or heave kind of a guide to souls. She and her sister Constance fought by his side and when Cain was banished by archangels Millicent and Constance was force into one body. Not knowing Cain whereabouts. 200 years later Millicent had met Angelus , Millicent married Angelus and on their wedding night Constance's body split and both slept with him, by losing their virtue the spell was broken. Years later both talk to him about what happened, Angelus then them go, he know Cain and told them he is alive, so from there, Millicent resumed her duty.

During the festivities of the catholic church celebration of a saint. He was there close to the church and wanted to visit for a while. Every night he enters the church but could not resist the peaceful feeling inside. Every night she watches him enter the church and she could tell he was in pain after a while. This brings interaction between them. Angelus knows about the angels and their hatred toward vampires. However, she did not come in killing mode but was intrigued by how a vampire wanted to enter this place without raising alarm. After their first meeting in October, after a few meetings, they made it official to become companions.
After a few months of dating her, and never trying to kiss her for fear of biting her, he finally got to kiss her in front of the church they met. The moment that kiss happen, a flow of passion and memories were passed on to her, all his life and suffering. From that moment, he engages with her and dated them for another year until December 21, 1778, they got married from there into a honeymoon where at midnight her sister split from her body joining in the marriage between then. After a few years, they and Angelus agree to part ways, her duty was calling. So she left with her sister to be at the service of Cain Romanicus.
During the time cain was on earth, and became a vampire, angels was send to him just like the did with Lilith. But they cant banished him or kill him, so two angels was with him at all time. Millicent and Constance. One is justice and the other is peace. The bond between Cain and the sisters are strong, and became even more when they became vampires. They became Angelic Hybrids, Millicent still acted as his right hand even though they became separated and Constance's soul and body combined with Millicent in a sleep like state as Millicent was the concious being of the two. and visits her lover from time to time when she can. When they share bodies, they lasted 2500 years later after Cain disappeared, becoming seperated when they spent a night with Angelus and shared in the pleasure he offered. After it was found out Cain was alive, the reluctantly left Angelus and went to continue their duties.
Constance was the soul twin that resided in a slumber within Millicent for 255 years until the union of Angelus where her soul took form and she as well as Millicent became one with Angelus that night. However she joined her sister when they went back to their duty for Cain. They are twins but not identical in appearance but linked to each other by their souls wavelength. One can always feel the other no matter the distance.
