From a galaxy far, far away was a planet full of Djinn. That planet was under attack and lost the war, they were turned into slaves. All except for two, a brother and sister. They were sneaked away by their parents and sent to another world to live out their lives. Along the way to this other world, the brother and sister were forced to separate in order to survive.
Upon Payton's landing on Earth, unknown if this is the planet that she was supposed to reach, she kept her true identity a secret from everyone. She become aware of another like her on the planet, but was forever out of reach from that person. She moved on from town to town, city to city before people started to notice that she didn't age like they did.
The was 2020, the world had took a bit with war with an invisible enemy. The COVID-19. Most were effected, humans and non humans alike. Payton, in the 1950s became a Doctor, was working over time trying to come up with a vaccine/cure for this deadly virus. She worked tirelessly around the clock, and without ever contracting the virus herself, she was always looking for volunteers to give it a go. With Payton being the head of her department, and the leading researcher in deadly viruses, everyone, the world over, was counting on her.
