Loki was walking down the aisle something he didn't think would ever happen for his first born son Jor. Only because Jor was like him in so many ways. His eyes caught red hair and he thought it was Svala but he stopped short when he saw Viola. Loki made a strange sound in the back of his throat a tiny sob as he moved quickly down to his daughter and he pulled her into a tight hug.
Amora walked arm in arm with her husband, settling down with his help for one of her favorite occasions. She loved Weddings, everything about them and it made her even happier this one was for a member of their family. She squeezed her husbands fingers gently, a steady smile across her lips.
Viggo hadn't know his father's side of the family very long so it was shocking to him when he got a wedding invite to Jor's wedding. He accepted and moved to sit in the back.
When her brother lifted her off her feet she gave a slight laugh, then hugging him like she had stopped herself from before. She nodded her head in agreement with Odins words and told him after squeezing his large hands in hers, "We have all the time in the world to tell tales. Now its time to get you married." She bounced on her heels again, eager to meet the woman who had managed to catch her brothers heart.
Thor walked down with his wife on his arm and he smiled seeing his Niece hugging his nephew. He knew about her being back thanks to his father telling him but it wasn't public yet as he moved to help Amora sit he laced his fingers with his wife's as he sat down next to her.
"All questions for another day Jor." Odin spoke looking to Viola who needed to be mum about how she got back for now and he moved to take his seat waiting for the rest of the family to show up.
Jor listened to his grandfather and he was confused when he said his dead sister would be the one to marry him and Bryn today but he followed Odin's gaze and he looked to see her. Standing there and his hand moved to his mouth his eyes wide and when she ran towards him he thought she would hug him but he laughed the kind of laugh that was half sob half laugh and he moved his hands out to scoop up his little sister spinning her around. "Gods I have missed you...how..when...why?" he asked the fumbling questions and set her down looking at her.
Viola was bouncing on her heels with a nervous excitement. Nobody aside from her grandfather knew she was here, and she wanted to spring out without giving him the chance to explain because she was that eager to see her brother. But with his urging she waited, slim fingers wrung together gently. When she heard her name she perked up and hearing Odins voice she grinned, walking out form the cover of the doorway and into plain view. Her brother looks older then when they had last seen one another but still it was so painfully obvious it was him. She beamed as she said brightly, "Hello Jor," but her steps quickened to close the gap of space. She stopped short not to overwhelm him her initial reaction to jump him in a literal breath taking type of hug.
Odin smiled at his grandson and he moved his arm around his shoulder. "I remember when you and Bryn first met. I won't take credit for you two ending up together but I like to think I helped." Odin noticed the picture of his granddaughter and he smiled. "She is so proud of all you have become Jor. Trust me." he patted his grandson's shoulder's a few times. "Matter of factually. I have a wedding gift for you. I won't be marrying you today." he chuckled and he pointed towards where Bryn would come out soon. "Viola will be the one to marry you both."
Jor took a deep breath today he was marrying the love of his life. He smiled looking around the place they had put together little details from the flower pedals falling from the trees to his sister's portrait right by where he would say I do to his wife. It was bittersweet. Jor was happy and sad all at once he was excited for his future with Bryn but he wished all of his family could be with him to enjoy his happiness. A few of his siblings and mother had died so many years ago. He never hid his feelings when it came to Viola and when he spoke about her he would get choke up and he looked up into the trees smiling. "You would of made a great flower girl Viola." he chuckled to himself and he looked behind him when he heard someone coming up from behind him.
