Yggdrasi′s Halloween Party Category: Uncategorized
OOC: PLEASE NOTE that this blog party is set as Halloween day so it will be Halloween the whole month of October so everyone has a chance to party it up. Also no drama or you will be removed and blocked.
Herdis had little interest in going to the party, and she didnt make it a secret. Still she knew her mother wanted them all to come and have fun so she headed down after her parents and the little ones. She didnt want to go down with them and get stuck for hours. So when she slipped in it was when not many were looking at the doors. She kept her eyes low and snagged a drink on the way to stand between Lif and Magni, figuring their height would hide her from view and needing to mingle.
Siggy peeked into the large doors before she walked in, her eyes already looking for Lif thought she didnt see him in the crowds. She passed two girls lose to her age by the door and offered them a smile before she started to scan the crowds again, searching every tall man to see if Lif was there.
Thysa had been so excited about not only a party but a party in a realm she as yet had never seen she was so glad when Poseidon relented in their going. Now standing there and taking it all in she had her head tipped back and a smile on her face as she looked around at it all, "Yea, i mean they really really know how to toss a party," she said mirroring her husbands words with a little amazement tinging her voice.
Poseidon heard about the party being held by the Norse and with his wife with child he didn't wish to travel so far although Thysa complained she was just fine and she needed out of the house for awhile. So who was he to discourage his wife? Once they entered the doors to the party he looked around and he snorted out a laugh. "Well I will give the norse one thing my love they do know how to toss a party." he looked over at his wife with a smile.
Ingrid let got of her fathers hand the second she saw the other children and ducked around peoples legs to join them. She stopped short at the edge of the table to peer at the glasses the dark haired lady had left there, green juice with eyeballs floating in it. She reached out to touch one laughing.
Sefa was holding tightly to Zilchs hand as they entered the party. She always felt a little out of place, like people would casually remind her she used to be a chamber maid here. But his words brought a smile to her face and she nodded murmuring for him alone to hear, "Well as long a Ingrid sets nothing on fire and you don't punch anything i say we chalk it up to a winning evening?" Her grin paired with a laugh feeling slightly more at ease.
Jace was rather nervous coming back to Asgard for the party because of Herdis. But the Queen Amora had invited him back and he wondered if he was truly welcome. He walked into the hall through the large doors. So many people where hear and his eyes moved to scan the crowds looking for one person.
So beautiful. This place was dark and spooky. A smirk grow on Camaris as she walked along the Halloween decoration. The once so dark dressed Empress appeared the first time in bright colors. For herself a pure torture wearing something pinky. No special effects like fog followed her or anything else.
But then suddenly on her head some pinky ears appeared and a waving pinky tail perfect to her cat outfit. Walking down to the group of people that already was their she said loud to everyone "Happy Halloween to you all, Meow"
Zilch never liked attending big family events let alone big events for the kingdom of Yggdrasil but his daughter Ingrid was very excited to learn everything about everything there was to know about Halloween so Sefa his better half talked him into going. He held both of their hands walking in and he watched as his daughter let go of his hand and made a bee line for Eos which had him smiling. He looked to Sefa "So if this ends badly tonight I will blame you." he winked at her teasing.
"Who said i was worried?" Helen asked with a grin over at him because it was her natural state. She smiled and waved at the people they passed trying to take in the room around them which was amazing. And Jovial which seemed an ood vibe for all of the dark and spooky decor. Looking over at her husbands question Helen grinned, "The buns want dancing, their kicks tell me so," she replied her laugh soft as their babies started to kick to the new sounds.
Lif had been looking for Siggy for the better part of the day and he didn't want to even go to the party his mother and father where tossing tonight without her but he knew his mother would be sad if he didn't at least make an appearance so he appeared in a flash of gold and he looked around to see his mother and he moved to give her a one armed hug before pointing to his brother Magni He picked up some ale and went over to stand by his brother his eyes on the crowd.
Baldur watched as Eos ran ahead to be with her cousins and he looked to his wife and pressed a kiss to her cheek. "Don't start worrying about her just yet." he chuckled and he looked around at the Halloween decor. His brother and sister in law seemed to out do themselves once again.
He noticed Skadi and he smiled to her. "Glad to see you made it to the party." he spoke and he looked to see others from different kingdoms and realms and he knew it was going to be a grand night here. "Shall we dance or does the buns want food first?" he joked to his wife.
As they walked towards the King and Queen she felt a familiar had tap her bottom which was inciting her insides into a needful frenzy. But she was still her playful self and said as they walked along and just in front of the King and Queen to hear.
"Don't touch me there! Do I know you? Sir I am a happily married woman with a son as well.!" she looked at Amora and winked. Of course Apollo knew her mood before they had even left the castle in Atlantis. She loved him teasing her but if he know just how much it would be never ending. And then there was that word again! "Groovy" she raised an eyebrown but her smirk of taunting happiness was quite obvious.
"So are you then???" she asked Apollo quietly while they awaited the response of the royals of Asgard to their greeting of them.
Es and Apollo had not been intimate for the proper time period for her body to go back to its normal state but the slight freshness of her husband had her all tingly inside as if she were going to explode. She wanted him so badly and this was a night like a beginning and no longer would she sleep in the nursery but return to the bed of her husband. Many Nannies were in place to take care of Prince Adonis and they would tell her and Apollo if anything at all was felt amiss or wrong.
Misos was delighted to see the Halloween tradition had spread to other realms. Halloween was a human Holiday that Atlantis had found particularly inviting. As the tradition went the veil between the living and the spirits of the dead was at its weakest during this holiday. The spirits of the shadows and the dead were their strongest. As a god of death this meant that the minions of Misos were able to freely cross into reality and have their fun. For the Orcus family this was their night to be their freaky self.
It was not surprising so many of the Orcus clan would show up for such a party. Misos was delighted to see so many of his friends and family prancing around and enjoying themselves. This was after all Halloween in Asgard! Misos quickly joined his lovely wife the Empress Nyghtwolfe. "My darling your platter looks simple delicious!" And he smiled as he looked into her eyes "And you look even more tempting my love. I fear I might have to devour you right here!" With that he put a hand on her hip and kissed her passionately.
"My love shall we dance?" Misos asked as he pulled his mouth away from hers. "The music is wonderful! This whole set up is amazing it is like home in the underworld." As the imperial couple began to dance around the room Misos took look around them. While he was far more interested in staring into the wondrous eyes of Nyghtwolfe he had to see the interesting outfits people were wearing. "If they have a costume contest I am sure our son Lok must win. He certainly made the most effort! I dare say he tried so hard he lost his head!"
