As you walk into this land, given the permission by myself, I, Device the king and only heir to the throne do by decree, you are welcomed here, there will be no fighting amongst kindred spirits, if there is, you face me. If you commit a crime, you face me. I am the judge, jury, and executioner here in these parts, if you wish to leave, you may not enter this realm for fourty eight hours, you will be stripped of permission until you request again. 

I offer my services as a blade for hire, if you wish to employ said skills you will need to speak to my advisors for further detail. 

As you walk into my kingdom, you will notice that there is no prison here, public executions will take place, minor offenses may include but not be limited to: Servitude, limb removal, and exile. However, one can pay a fine to be cleared of charges.

A prison for corrections will be built soon for those who do heinous acts, however, after their term in prison they may face execution depending on the crime. If it has been a repeated offense, you may also face the same. 

I do not want to have inner conflicts with my kingdom, if you have a gripe, bitch, or moan, you will come to me personally, and I will find a way to settle everything. 

As of now, we have no allies, everyone is against us, we are the outcasts, of outcasts. So enter the brotherhood, there are plenty of jobs that need doing if you wish to be employed.
