04/19/2017  A secret pack of marriage Category: Uncategorized Olwë had been busy the last few months trying to secure Alfheim and that meant the ice mountains and it's fallen kingdom. Olwë had spoken to one of his granddaughters Bráma about how to save face for Nan her twin sister of running away and abandoning her duties of royalty. Without telling his daughters and more importantly Amora who was the queen of all the nine now he wanted this deal to go through and the past with Nik and his granddaughter Asa was murky at best. Even the three children he had with Princess Asa where not allowed to be heirs to any throne.  So after speaking with  Bráma and Nik both he got them to both agree on marrying it would cement Nik as the king or the north in Alfeim like his father before him and now  Bráma would be a Queen and it would more or less take the spotlight of Nan and her adventurous lifestyle which he disapproved greatly. The spot where he had the couple meet him where old ruins of the ice mountains his brother Amroth was to bare witness to this union and he had silenced his brother on saying anything at all. 	Bráma {Yggdrasil Kingdom}	Brama watched her grandfather as he all but choked on his words in a rush to get them out quickly enough. She was starting to worry any second they might be under siege. Still when his voice finally fell silent Nik leaned in and pressed his lips gently to hers, her hand moving to his wrist where he held her cheek and slid down slowly in a touch that was gentle and familiar without being pushy as he pulled back from her. Her smile was there and her gaze didn't move back to her grandfather for fear she would say something rude and undo the goodwill she had just recently found with him. 	Nik(Ice Elf)||Berserker||{Yggdrasil Kingdom}	Nik looked to the lord speaking and once again he fought some urge to hit him square in the jaw and he moved to look to his wife and he smiled and he pressed his hand to her cheek and he leaned forward to press his lips against hers gently in a swift peck nothing to try and scare her. 	Olwë (Lord of Alfheim){Yggdrasil Kingdom}	Once the ring was on his finger he started to speak once more quickly as ever and doing so with not one interruption "May you always share with each other the gifts of love be one in heart and in mind may you always create a home together that puts in your hearts love generosity and kindness. In as much as Nik and Brama have consented together in marriage before in company of Lord Amroth and myself and have pledged their faith and declared their unity by giving and receiving a ring are now joined. I now pronounce you man and wife King and Queen of The North and may your days be good and long upon the earth. You may kiss the bride." 	Bráma {Yggdrasil Kingdom}	Taking Niks hand Brama squeezed a bit tighter then she meant to, but it was hard not to with her grandfather speeding them through the ceremony. Still she spoke once again in a clear voice with gentle tone as she pushed the ring onto his finger, "With this Ring I thee wed, and with my body I thee honor, and with all my worldly goods I thee endow." 	Bráma {Yggdrasil Kingdom}	Brama smiled at her grandfathers compliments, and then focused her attention on Nik, choosing to not let her mind wander on anything else but the here and now. When he said i do she smiled again and then turned her gaze to her grandfather, nodding as he spoke before she cleared her throat before she too spoke, "I do," once again turning her attention to Nik with a smile. 	Nik(Ice Elf)||Berserker||{Yggdrasil Kingdom}	Nik's eyes caught sight of Brama in white and he smiled at her when she smiled at him. He knew of her worries about Asa and Amora. Hell he was not so sure that Thor himself wouldn't ruin a treaty and come after him himself. What caught his attention off Brama was Lord Olwe rushing towards the vows. 	Olwë (Lord of Alfheim){Yggdrasil Kingdom}	Olwe grinned when he spotted his granddaughter coming towards them and he looked towards Nik. "See nothing to worry about. Brama you look lovely as ever and fit for a queen." his grin only grew and he cleared his throat not wanting to waste time and for anyone to back out or show up and ruin such a union he planned he skipped the part of anyone objecting to this wedding. "we are gathered together here today to join you both in holy Matrimony." Olwe turned to Nik and spoke "Will you Nik have this Woman to be thy wedded wife, to live together in Matrimony? Will you love her, comfort her, honor, and keep her, forsaking all other, keep thee only unto her, so long as ye both shall live?"
