Ric looked at Alexis and smiled softly at her. “Alexis, I think that I can speak for everyone at the law firm when I say this. We appreciate everything that you do for us.”
Jason chuckled softly when he heard Alexis. “Ah, I see.” He smirked and looked at Ryan. “You will get used to this craziness. I promise.” He saw Abby come over and felt her hug. He hugged her back a little bit tighter. “Hi Abby, it’s nice to see you again.” He smiled.
Ric chuckled softly when he heard them. He looked at Ryan. “Can you tell that we have a lot of fun?” He smiled at Alexis. “Thank you for this, Alexis. This is really nice.” He said as he sat down and grabbed his menu. He saw Jason. “Hey, Jason.”
Tad chuckled softly when he heard what Nora said about Michael. “You can definitely tell that he and Scotty are brothers. He loves talking as well.” He smirked.
Michael came in with Nora and Ric. He heard what she said about him talking. “Oh Nora, have I told you how funny you are lately?” He smirked as he looked at everyone. “Hey everybody. Hi Ryan.” He shook his hand. He hugged Alexis and Christine then shook Tad and Scotty’s hands then sat down next to Christine. “This really is nice, Alexis. Thank you.” He saw Jason come in and smiled. “Hi Jason.”
Jason was at ELQ as he just finished with closing yet another deal. He was at his desk doing some paperwork when he felt his phone vibrate in his pocket. He took it out and saw he had a text message. He opened it up and saw it was from Alexis. After he got done with reading it, he texted her back. “Be there soon.” He closed everything in his office and shut the light then locked the door and got on the elevator.
Awhile later, he finally arrived at the Grand Phoenix where he saw everybody. “Hey guys.” He hugged them then kissed Alexis as he sat down next to her.
Ryan smiled softly when he heard Alexis. He looked at her surprised. “You really think I would make a good lawyer. I don’t know, I never really thought about it. Then again, I never really thought about being a cop either. It just kind of happened.” He saw Nora, Ric and Michael come in. He stood up from his seat. “Hi Nora, it’s good to see you again too.” He hugged her. “Hi Ric, Michael.” He shook their hands.
