On Gallifrey, Before I was to enter the Time Lord Academy, I was,
like other children on Gallifrey, taken to the Untempered Schism.
Some who gaze into the Schism become inspired, some go mad,
and some would run away. I saw the Schism when I was eight,
as was the custom on Gallifrey. Maybe I was inspired, but I ran
away instead, just like my inspiration, the Time Lord who later
became known as the Doctor, did. At some point soon after,
I left Gallifrey, no longer wanting to stay there. And I did take
a TARDIS, one with a working chameleon circuit. I travel now,
alone most of the time, that's just the way it is.
