Ten hearts... Part 1
Underworld General Hosptial three in the morning...
Diana was still getting used to the long hours of being a real doctor. She had come along ways from her bedroom days with teddy bears and glitter hearts. She had studied hard and played little thanks to always knowing what she wanted to be. A doctor. Just like her mother. She had just got out of a surgery repairing another heart from she assumed the same spell because for the last 24 hours she had fixed nine demons in total. She was scrubbing out when she heard a nurse call for her. And she moved to run towards the nurse who lead her to the waiting room. A man was gasping for air and the dark tracks on his skin where not of normal nature even for a demon. "Get a backboard!" she yelled and helped laid the demon out.
Once in the back she moved to flash a light in the eyes but they where black as coal and she sighed and looked back to the nurse who was cutting his shirt off. "This makes ten." she said nervously. "Yeah someone is hunting demons. The spell has to effect the whole body but it starts in the heart. We fix that we save another. Get him prepped." she ordered and she moved back to scrub in.
As the night wore on in the wee hours of the morning she saved yet another heart and a demon′s life. She logged as much info in from all ten of her patients had before and after pictures logged in on her ipad and she wanted to go to a witch doctor whom had taught her a few tricks. Although that would mean leaving the hospital. The witch doctor was someone who didn′t like leaving her home or island. Aliya Rheims was more a baby witch doctor but she knew people Diana could get into contact with or so she hopped so.
Using a Harrowgates without the permission of her mother only because she didn′t want to wake her so early Diana was off to the island where Aliya lived. The sun was peaking out behind the clouds and Diana was knee deep in water. "Well I over shot that portal." she laughed softly to herself heading up to the house where she could see Aliya setting out fresh candles on her porch. "Aliya!" Diana called out and hurried towards her.
