I heard about him. Though only until I started coming I to Skyrim that I actually learned about him. I thought he was dead or in Oblivion. Seems like he is been around for a while I tale it.

Well, it seems like some Outlander came to Tamriel and claim the ere. Not sure where she be coming from. All I know is that when she did she managed to gain some strong followers. She got the Khajiit Mane to side with her. As well as the Ebony Warrior also. He has someone he travels with also. I be thinkin that she is about I outlander as well. She be knowing magic but not like we know ere. The woman can control fire, earth, water and wind. But the one thing that the Outlander can do is raise and army of the dead.
