July was a city of crime. No law as the police were more of a gang. But that day the City of July was wiped out in seconds. Only one survived. Nail Del Roy was a the last one left and the one that destroyed the City of July.

The forgotten city as it is known as by some was a place that no one wanted to live and no one could escape. Children that were born there were not born out of love. They were born against the mothers consent and more times the child was abandoned after it was born. The police ruled as the top gang as lower gangs fought for control for a few blocks. There were no families only groups that stayed together to survive. Those that could not live on the streets went down to the sewers to live. But crime would find the people below the streets as the lower dwellers would come to the surface to steal what they could. This was once July. The city of lawlessness.
