Sir Augustus Von Augsburg, crowned Augustus I, King of the Danes, was a crusader turned secular knight turned king of Denmark. Having been born in Bavaria, he became known for exceptional skill in the longsword, and when he was finally given command of battle, he used what he knew from treatises and histories to reform his armies and fought well against his enemies. One night, he had a dream which revealed he was Mars incarnate, and this creates a problem with the Church .A problem that persisted until he played hush and repented. Years later, he becomes King of Denmark after serving the Norwegian Christian king and defeated Danish incursions, only to heal the Danes and unite Christian and pagan vikings under one throne.
