Khaine is born the son of Haqim and Neferatta though he is currently unaware of his background or affiliation. During his imprisonment which due to never having fed and the nature of his prison has been for an indeterment amount of time he is not even aware of being a vampire. His bloodline is that of the Assamite of which his father was the founder though his father disappeared from historical record after last being seen 121 CE in the British Isles though supposedly married his bride some time after this point and raised a family of which Khaine was born the youngest son and names after the first vampire in honor. The Assamites are in reality cult of undead assassins based in the middle east. They kill for hire, and are paid in Vitae for use in special rituals that bring the clan′s members closer to Cain. They possess a specialized Discipline called Quietus, which aids in stealth and killing. In the ancient past, the Tremere placed a curse on the entire clan in order to curb their rampant Diablerie. As a result, the clan could not consume Vitae without suffering terrible wounds and is unable to benefit from Diablerie. This curse was broken at some point though no sources are clear how. However Assamites are instead highly susceptible to "blood addiction", and may be driven to compulsively attack other vampires for their Vitae.

The Imprisoned Heir Even in chains you can never control me.

Khaine was born a Vampire and one born from a very ancient and powerful bloodline. Though his time with them was exceptionally brief while he was still an infant a zealous group of mercenaries known as the Order of the Rising Dawn rampaged through the home he had been born into although most of the attackers were repelled or slain their goal had been achieved. Stealing the infant they retreated into the dawn setting fire to the entire wing where he had been so as to hide the theft.
For the following ten years Kahine had been imprisoned deep below ground under the cathedral like citadel that the the Order called home. Though it was known to the locals as the Fortress of Light or other such names. Deep within the earth they used their crude methods to study and inspect this offspring as they tried to cultivate a way to gain vampiric strength and skills without the hunger for blood. They also began to try to condition and train the youth to serve them to turn him into a weapon to kill vampires and denizens of the dark.
For ten long years he suffered under the hands of those that wished to cleanse the world of the darkness he represented. As the moon rose on his eleventh birthday as the eleventh hour struck there was a thunderous storm that surged around the mountainous citadel as the defenders found themselves to be under some kind of assault their attention was driven outwards. Giving Khaine the chance to escape killing both the guardians charged with watching him he fled through the ancient halls and through a break in the ivory white walls caused he assumed by a bolt of lightning.
Khaine fled into the snow covered mountain trail hearing the screams of the dying behind him he pushed on his lips dripping with his first true meal as he found himself lost and alone in a world he did not know pushed on by pure animal instinct

Quicken the Mortals Blood: Receive two blood points for each point drained.

Blood Sweat: Force a target to profusely sweat blood and dwell on horrible things they′ve done.
Deed the Heart′s Desire: Cut yourself off from all sounds and distractions in order to meditate or cause a victim to become insane.
Purification: Cleanse an individual of mental and emotional influences over them, even curses and other magical effects.
Rapturous Touch: Drink blood through the skin.
Ripples of the Heart: Leave emotions in the blood of a mortal that will be transmitted to any vampire that feeds from them.
Selective Silence: As Silence of Death, except you can designate certain people to be able to make sound.
Thin Blood: Make a vampire unable to heal their wounds with vitae.
Taste of Death: Spit acidic blood at a target.
Baal′s Bloody Talons: As Baal′s Caress, and it deals even more damage.
Blood of the Cobra: Use any Quietus power by spitting on the target.
Dam the Heart′s River: Take control of a target′s blood point expenditure.
Hinder the Cainite Vitae: Make a target unable to spend blood points.
Leech: Drain blood from a target through skin contact.
Poison the Well of Life: Make a mortal′s blood dangerous to drink by anyone except you.
Blood Awakening: Communicate with blood in one′s system, either receiving insight from a mortal′s memories or causing a Cainite to become confused and disoriented.
Blood Clot: Cause a victim′s blood to clot, becoming unusable.
