Born to Philip and Kaya Temp′elar Sarina-Lee and Kim spent most of their youth in Japan, only leaving every few weeks to visit their family in Blackthorn. Soon however this changed when they moved to Blackthorn Town Academy to learn. Unlike many in their family they had no special powers or abilities, not taking any of their mothers vampiric traits. Instead both focused in becoming the best they could be, and were among the first to graduate in the highest levels of science and combat. As reward for their exceptional work, they soon were given roles as captain and science officer on the first starship launched from Free World, The Wishseeker, exploring the galaxy until returning to aid their people in the ongoing Saber War with Dark Moon Nation.
