My life's beginning was anything but grand. I was born on October 31st, between the years 1300s and 1521s (Around the Aztec Times). Born on Pythonis, an icy cold planet, a world of ice and serpents, where the glistening glaciers were home to Python serpents with scales that sparkled like diamonds, a Princess, it should have been a celebration. But it turned into a battleground as they realized that I didn't have a snake-I was human. Instead of just leaving me to die, they raised me until I was 16 years old. They cast me out and put me on a ship and set the course to Earth. At warp speed, I, the princess of Pythonis, found myself on earth. I had crashed and landed on sand near a rain-forest. I nearly escaped death, when my ship ignited into flames. I had stumbled my way out and had landed face first in the sand. Sitting up I spat the sand out and looked around. With a heavy sigh I rose to my feet and my journey began. I walked the ocean until I decided to go into the rainforest to find shelter and food. I struggled through the thick limbs, vines and tree trunks. A danger lurked in the woods. Barbaric tribesmen called the Aztecs (Mexica's) lived nearby. They had seen the ship fall and they were curious, so they began to follow me. For days they watched and finally made a move towards me. They surrounded me and after much gesturing and motions, they convinced me to go with them. So I did. However, one night they grabbed me and brought me to a temple where they took my clothes off and put white linen dress on me and shackled me to the temple. For 5 years I suffered seeing men, women and kids being killed - sacrificed to me. I finally had enough one day and broke the chain, and made a run for it. However, I was soon captured. The Tribesmen dragged me to a pit of snakes and tossed me into it. One of them chanted a spell - I assumed it was one- as they watched. The snakes all bit into me, delivering their deadly poison into me. I begged and screamed and cried for the tribesmen to help me, but they made no move to assist me. The pain of the bites dulled as the poison coursed through my body. A large albino/yellow python, crept forward, and entered my opened mouth. I was now petrified and too weak to even move, or cry out. The snake slithered into my mouth, down my throat and into my stomach. The snake then poked his head towards my heart and upon reaching it- sank his fangs into me, shooting its poison into it. I instantly died, and for a week I laid dead. The week ended and I came back to life - well as a vampire. I awoke to the sun beating down on the earth and me. My body was hot and weak, hungry. I struggled out of the pit and stumbled towards a temple - the one I had lived in - before being killed. I stumbled towards it and upon entering it, collapsing on the ground and passed out. A few hours later I awoke to find myself on a bed, and a man watching me from a stone chair. He rose and walked towards me. Without warning, he bit my neck with his fangs and then took my virginity, raping me. He - then claimed me as his own, and forced me to dance for him and his family. To bring humans to the place so they can be killed and sacrificed to them so they could live. I obeyed and for centuries I danced for the man who became known as Damiano. I lured people to their deaths by dancing and mesmerizing them and then they would be trapped and killed. Now in the 21st century, I danced still for the Lords, locked in the temple that had been turned into a bar, the temple still underneath - hidden from human eyes. And still I was enslaved to Damiano and his family, dancing for survival. However, that was going to change, when a witch showed up at the bar, and watched my performance. She felt my longing for freedom, to have a life of my own. So, that night as I was ending my routine, the witch attacked the place and set it on fire. Saving the humans of course and killing the vampires. Once the fire was set, the witch grabbed me and led me out of the place, and to my freedom. I had no idea why the witch did it and I would never know. The witch led me to her place and began to teach me how to live in the human world. The witch presented me with a three ruby stone necklace that she had enchanted with a day-walking spell, so that I could pass as a regular human. I was taught to pay bills, to find other sources of food, besides hunting humans or trapping them. I also encouraged to get a job or at least study in a field that interested me. So after a few weeks, I found a job as an exotic dancer and enrolled myself in a collage to study snakology and become a snakeologist. I worked hard and was given a job that required me to travel around the world and study all sorts of snakes in their habitat. After centuries of being held against my will and forced to serve, yet being treated as goddess, I finally was able to live a life of my own. A 21 year old girl turned into a 118 year old snake-vampire hybrid. Was I now finally free or at least I think so. Damiano had indeed survived. But would he come after me? And would I ever be free from my past? It was a question that I had no answer to, but maybe one day they will be made clear. For now I am just living life for myself - one day at a time. Studying snakes and dancing at bars and clubs brought me both peace and newfound light, that is shimmering brighter everyday. *** ✿ POWERS AND WEAKNESSES. ↬ Venomous Bite: A snake-vampire possesses a lethal bite that can inject venom into its victim, leading to paralysis or even death, much like the fangs of a snake. However, if a snake-vampire were to drink the blood of an intoxicated person, they might experience some effects, but it would likely be minimal due to their rapid healing and unique physiology. As for blood. Like traditional vampires, the blood would provide essential nutrients and possibly life force. The blood could also aid in rapid healing and regeneration, a common trait in vampire lore. ↬ Lack of blood: Like traditional vampires, a lack of blood could lead to extreme weakness and fatigue. The snake-vampire might struggle to move or hunt effectively. Without regular blood intake, the snake-vampire’s body might start to deteriorate. It is assumed that her people were once humans, who had made the Goddess Coatlicue, known as the “Mother of the Gods” and the “Skirts of Snakes”. She had created a planet that allowed humans to live, however, the humans were not fit for such a cold and freezing world. So instead she turned the humans to Culebra-Vampiro’s; half snake and half vampires). She instructed that they honor and worship her as their deity. So to this day, all Culebra-Vampira;s and Vampiros, honor and worship her. Honoring her for giving them the gift of being snake-vampires. ↬ Religion: Goddess Coatlicue (Pronounced; koh-at-lee-kway).
