On Hand Items
Sonic Screwdriver #1 She created this
sometime before her memory loss (Degenero SL) and found it within her
apartment afterward. It has an adamantium shell, the core components
protected within it. It's a multi-functional sonic device, capable of
various functions. Its most common function is that of a lockpick, but
can be used to perform other operations such as conducting medical
scans, remotely controlling other devices, tracking alien life and,
using red setting or dampers, it can control the properties of atoms and
molecules on a small scale. It can, with the exception of a deadlock
seal or wooden lock, open any type of lock and operate many computers,
whether their origin is alien or humans. This is just an idea of what it
can do, to list everything would take
days.
Sonic Screwdriver
#2 She created this while undercover within Magnus'
Brotherhood. It has a plastic casing, with most of the components made
of a highly resilient plastic polymer. It is identical the one listed
above in every
way.
Dimension
Cannon/Jumper/Hopper The dimension
cannon or the dimension jump is a device that can travel to different
dimensions/universes by ripping a hole in the universe and hopping
through the Void, at the cost of breaking the walls of the universe. It
was created in Pete's World by Torchwood.
Kendra's
version, which she made personally, will not rip a hole in the universe,
instead stretching the barrier before allowing the person to phase
through. The ride is rough, possibly deadly for someone who is straight
up humanoid. Again, like every other device she has made, unless it is
specifically coded for a specific person's DNA, it will give a nasty
jolt of electricity.
Vortex
Manipulator A vortex manipulator was a form of basic time travel
used by the Time Agency of the 51st century. With Kendra's eidetic
memory, she took Jack Harkness' manipulator apart then, in her time and
with her own components, built one herself. Okay, she built a few. Hers
has a chameleon circuit, similar to that of her father's TARDIS, that
enables the device to blend in with her outfit. The main function of a
vortex manipulator was to transport the user through time and space via
the Time Vortex. The exact range of a vortex manipulator
varies.
The vortex manipulator protects its user from
the journey through the Vortex, and is able to transport two people
without difficulty or discomfort for those travelling. However,
transporting three people appears to result in discomfort for the users,
possibly slightly overloading the manipulator's
capabilities.
In addition to transportation, vortex
manipulators have several other functions. These include: Communication
between users, including storage of messages, and listening to radio
broadcasts. Projection of holograms. Tracking of life signs. This
feature is specific enough to recognize a two-hearted person. Remote
control of electronic devices. Muting Torchwood Three's comm system. As a
"front door key" to the Torchwood Three Hub. Playing music. Sending a
signal to enrage Weevils (possibly other species) and to bring them back
to the Cardiff sewers. Detection of low sodium levels. Scanning and
alteration of printed texts. Unlocking combination-locked vaults.
Scanning a body for life. Acting as a beacon. And many other
things...
Unlike Jack's lie about his Manipulator
being tied to his DNA, Kendra's IS tied to her DNA. If anyone else tries
to place it upon their wrist, before she can code their DNA in to be
recognized, they will receive a nasty jolt of electricity, one that
could kill a human.
Vortex manipulators are able to
travel to places with time distortions where a TARDIS can not easily do
so. For example: River Song traveled to 1938 New York when the TARDIS
couldn't until it had "landing lights". Unlike a TARDIS, going to such
an area with a vortex manipulator would not risk the total destruction
of the area.

Gallifreyan Physiology
Gallifreyan (Time Lord)
Physiology TAXONOMY:
Kendra is half Homo Superious and half Dominus Temporis (Gallifreyan).
Despite appearences, her Gallifreyan half did not evolve from apes,
unlike that of her Terran/Mutant half. Reproduction between a Terran and
Gallifreyan is impossible, she was she was created by a rogue Time Lord
scientist, who was attempting to find a way for procreation to work, to
allow for the continuation of the Gsllifreyan race. She was created
from the DNA of both her mother and father then, when viable, she was
implanted into her mother's womb. Kendra was the only successful
combination, with 12 prior failures; a complete and perfect blend of
both species, she is also the only one of her
kind.
EXTERNAL APPEARANCE:
Externally, she is identical to Terrans/Humans but, unlike typical
Gallifreyans, she does not always have a European/Caucasian appearance.
This is due to the mixture with her mother's Homo Superious DNA, as well
as the Terran American Indian DNA of her biological Grandfather. Due to
the mixture of her mother's and father's DNA, she is able to have a
partial regeneration and has more control than her
father.
RESILIENCE: Kendra is, on
the whole, extremely tough and resilient. She can survive some falls,
which would shatter the bones of a Human winding up in their demise. She
can survive extreme cold , due to a souped up metabolism, as well as
extreme heat. She can even survive subzero temperatures and extremely
low pressure of vacuum (Space) for up to six minutes, as well as
electric shocks that would be fatal to humans.Like her father, she can
absorb very high doses of Röntgen radiation (X-Rays) but, unlike her
father, she can't transform and expel it from her body; instead, her
regenerative ability flushes it from her system but, each time she's
exposed to it, it takes longer to leave her body. Radiation of other
kinds can be fatal, resulting in regeneration for her, but she can still
handle much higher doses than a normal human & can hold out
much longer than most terrestrial life-forms.
She
needs less sleep than humans and can make due with as little as two
hours per night.
If severely injured, but not to the
point of regeneration, she will slip into a healing coma, devoting all
of her energy to healing the injury. While in the coma, she will appear
to be dead.
Like her father, she has an increased
resilience to higher frequencies of sound.
A good
blow to her left shoulder can disable her, as it possesses a vulnerable
nerve cluster - again, just like her
father.
LIFESPAN: Even without
regeneration, she will have a considerable lifespan. Within one
incarnation, she can live for hundreds, possibly thousands, of years yet
look much younger than the human of equivalent age. While it should
take centuries for her to look like an old woman, Kendra will never have
that, even without her regeneration; her biological grandfather's
"tainted" DNA kept her Terran/Mutant mother from aging (except at will)
leaving Ken with the same ability, though she cannot control it like her
mother. So, barring accidents, she could live for hundreds of thousands
of years.
SENSES:Kendra has all
the senses possessed by Humans but to a slightly superior degree. She
also has extraordinary reflexes and precision timing; her reflexes are 8
times that of a human's (while her father's is ten times). She has
excellent hand-eye coordination and dexterity with a wide variety of
tools and weapons. Physically able and highly athletic, not even she
knows what all she's a natural at
yet.
sight: Due to the combination
of DNA from her parents, she has excellent vision in the dark. Her eyes
are able to gather and enhance available light, as well as notice
incredible detail from distances of at least 300 feet (100 yards), as
well as see people well beyond the human line of sight.
hearing: While she has
better hearing than that of an average human, but she cannot hear things
that are several rooms/sections away from her position. Not unless
there is a faint echo
somewhere.
taste: She is capable
of indentification by taste: EXAMPLES blood, wood type, plastic
composition, age of an object, origin of an object or even atmospheric
composition. However, in the case of some things, she has to have come
into contact with them before, or something similar, in order to be able
to identify it that way. Plus, she doesn't usually taste everything as
it tends to unnerve the people around
her.
smell: Her sense of smell is
equal to her sense of taste. She can do a chemical analysis of air by
smelling it. On some occasions, if she's been there before, she can tell
what Time Period and location she's in by the smell of the
air.
SUPERHUMAN STRENGTH, SPEED and
AGILITY: She is stronger, faster and more agile than even the
most accomplished human in each of those categories. Her natural
abilities were honed ever more both in the battle field and in training
and sparring sessions with Wolverine, Gambit and even
Thor.
proprioception: She's better
at coping with sudden changes in position than humans, therefore harder
to disorient.
As well as her shared senses with
humans, she has an undefined Sixth Sense. She has some Time and Spatial
related senses and physical attributes: able to resist fields of slow
time, notice distortions and jumps in time, directly perceive the
interstellar motions and cosmological bodies or their inhabitants, and
perceive all possible timelines. She can also sense other Gallifreyans,
but not enough to identify them upon sight.

Abilities
Regenerative Healing Factor The user can rapidly
regenerate. In other words, they recreate lost or damaged tissues,
organs and limbs, sometimes slowing, or even stopping, aging. The rate
and amount of healing varies widely (see Levels of Regeneration); some
can regrow missing limbs, others must put the limb back in place for
rapid regeneration. They are generally in very good physical shape as
their bodies are constantly reverting to healthy state, granting them
nigh-inexhaustible stamina and vitality.
At higher
levels, users can regenerate not just their cellular tissues, but also
their DNA, undoing genetic mutations and breakdown, as well as
maintaining one's youth by extending telomeres. This also gives them
immunity to diseases and infections, undoing any unwanted symptoms, as
well as provide a form of self-sustenance, forgoing the needs for oxygen
and food intake. If advanced enough, the ability will cause the body to
cease aging as the cells are regenerating and dying in equilibrium,
granting immortality.
Regeneration differs from wound
healing, which involves closing up the injury site with a
scar.
Item
Manifestation The ability to summon/create items, or
weapons, with a mere thought. She can also make said items vanish, once
they've served their purpose.
When she first started
learning this power, she had to touch a person to manifest clothes,
same goes for herself; it was not something she preferred to do on
others due to the potential for them to think sexually, which was not
the case for her. As she learned her powers though, she can now manifest
clothing with just sheer thought of will, no touching
needed.
Weaponry she tends to manifest are fairly
simple: knives, daggers, throwing stars, swords, katanas, bo staves,
batons...the list goes on. In the beginning, she wasn't able to manifest
things like guns due to all the complex moving parts, yet she could
manifest the said parts in order to put one together which she is very
adept at. (Still Updating)
Night
Vision User has excellent night vision, the ability to see in
low light conditions or even total darkness. Whether by biological or
technological means, night vision is made possible by a combination of
two approaches: sufficient spectral range, and sufficient intensity
range.
Supernatural
Intelligence Users are glaringly, obviously and
super/unnaturally more intelligent than their race because their
capabilities are pushed beyond the natural level; making them immensely
smarter than any level normal members of their species (Time Lords) can
achieve by any method of training. Also called: Super Intelligence;
Transcendental
Genius
Regeneration The process
by which Time Lords and others renewed themselves, causing a complete
physical and often psychological change. It could happen because of
severe illness, old age/fatigue or injury. It could also be invoked by
choice, whether voluntary or involuntary. Conversely, regeneration could
be prevented by choice, although choosing not to regenerate from fatal
damage was essentially an act of suicide.
Due to her
being half Time Lord, she can do what is known as a partial regeneration
as well. Where she goes through a complete regeneration cycle, but
keeps the same face and personality.
Time
Lord Coma When injured to the extent her regenerative healing
factor cannot heal her wounds in a quick amount of time, and not injured
to the extent of having a full regeneration, she can slip into a Time
Lord coma. This is to help her body heal near-fatal or fatal wounds,
while lowering the rest of her biological functions. In this state, any
technology (that is not Time Lord) will read that she is dead, since it
will be unable to pick up any of her biological
functions.
WEAKNESSES None that
is written here, is giving you permission to kill her or make her
regenerate. That is up to me, and me alone; should you try to do it,
then I shall ignore it...unless we have agreed upon for a storyline.
Also, regeneration will result in her playby changing, making me have to
change ALL of her pictures. Thank
you.
Death There are only two
ways to actually kill her.
ONE:
You must make sure that her brain and hearts are entirely destroyed. If
just a fragment remains, of just one of the two, then she will
regenerate and come after
you.
TWO: If you are lucky enough
to see a regeneration cycle of hers, then she is vulnerable. Any attack
that would kill a normal human being, while in this state, will cease
the regenerative cycle and result in her physical
death.
(SIDE NOTE: She doesn't
regenerate (full body regenerate) right away, sometimes it can take
hours, or even days, before the process begins for
her.
Telepathy She despises
telepaths, and with good reason, she is weak against telepathy. She
hates it when people get into her head, speak into her mind, etc...it
pisses her off. If she is in a fight with a telepath, and they don't
take her down, she will attempt to put them in their place.
Note: She cannot be killed with
telepathy; if they overload her brain, she will just regenerate.

History Pt. 2 || Roleplayer.me
Before
Time rewound itself, due to her mother's sacrifice, Kendra had been
sharing a romantic moment with her husband, Remy LeBeau. They were
together again, reunited; two souls who had loved each other for so
long. But their tender moment took a turn for the worse, when the
fissure opened up in their motel room. They clung to each and, even as
the vacuum from the fissure lifted her off her feet, he held onto the
headboard as she clung to hs hand. Yet, it just hadn't been meant to be,
as she couldn't hold on - her hands slipping, inch by inch, from his.
Her last words to him were, "I love you." And he screamed her name as
she was sucked into the fissure and out of sight. After the fissure
closed, there was nothing but a large crack in the wall, big enough for
him to see the couple on the other side, looking as frightened as he
was for his wife. Seconds later, the Earth began to shake violently,
everything worldwide, nay the universe, began to collapse. Crushing
every living thing there was; leaving nothing in its wake. The
brunette fell through nothingness, toppling over and over, unable to
stop herself. She could see, and feel, objects falling with her, some of
them slamming into her body yet, any wounds caused by them
instantaneously healed. That's when she felt it, as if something had
seized a hold of her and wrenched her into a completely different
direction; she screamed in excruciating agony then blacked out. She
didn't come to when she fell out of another fissure and hit a tombstone,
the impact breaking it in half, before hitting the ground. Cuts,
abrasions, and a bleeding head wound all began to heal instantly, her
unconscious state lasting just long enough for her superficial wounds to
heal. When she came to, she scoured the graveyard for her husband, to
no avail; he was gone. Or was she? She didn't know, didn't understand
what had happened. When she realized he was nowhere to be found, she
collapsed to the ground and cried out - her wail echoed through the
night air, before stopping and she bowed her head. Yet, surprisingly, no
tears fell - in that one instant, Kendra Lee LeBeau ceased to be and
she became Night Shade, once more. Her cry alerted
Emma Swan, who came to investigate what was happening. Upon sight of
the unknown woman, a terrified Kendra ran through the desolate
graveyard and into the nearby woods. The woods, however, were
enchanted, and grabbed her, restraining her. Her terrified screams drew
Emma's attention once more, who used her powers to save the frightful
brunette. It was there she learned she was in Storybrooke, Maine. After a
brief introduction, she allowed the blonde some minute traces of trust
and followed Emma back into town, where she met a few of the others.
Fairytales, come to life; it was something that absolutely shocked her
and not much surprised her anymore. She was there through the chaos with
Anna, Elsa and the Snow Queen, surviving the spell of Shattered Sight.
Then the villains came front and center, and Kendra knew she'd have to
help in the fight, even if she didn't have a spark of magic in her;
what she didn't realize was that she was more connected to Storybrooke
and Magic than she thought, thanks to her past
heritage. Backing Emma and the other heroes, she came
face to face with Ursula, Maleficent, Cruella and Mr. Gold. Mr. Gold
suddenly remembered a long forgotten prophecy, one that Henry had not.
See, what had saved Kendra was Henry; she was the reason she had pulled
from her universe to this one. Henry had cast a spell, seeing if there
was another Savior out there, fearful of what could happen to his
mother (Emma). But, Mr. Gold, having realized what this newcomer meant,
cast a spell, banishing her from Storybrooke, just outside of town. No
matter, what, Kendra couldn't back in, each time thrown back onto her
ass. Unable to see what was playing, she made the decision to move in
this universe, not knowing that she would be coming back – sooner
rather than later. After leaving Storybrooke, she
made her way to New York City, making sure to note the exact date. It
had seemed, to her, she had just been teleported from one part of the
country to another; she had no idea how wrong she was. That was until
she ran into Gambit, during a bar brawl. When he came up to her, she
greeted him enthusiastically but, it wasn't returned. Once they got the
chance to talk, she began to realize what had happened to her, that's
when the fight to get home started. Staying with Gambit, while they
searched for a way to get her home, the unexpected happened - she began
to fall for him. That fall started to make her doubt her desire to
return. Soon enough, the decision was made for her - there was no way
to get her home, because there was no home for her to go back to. She
was devastated, but Gambit was there to help hold her together. She
even joined the X-Men. Time passed, the bond deepened and the couple
grew ever closer. Yet, just when she thought things
were perfect, and letting her hair down, she was attacked by someone
from her past - The Mutant Killer. Previously, in their first
encounter, when she had escaped the Killer's clutches with her husband,
but he managed to escape through a rift and she never even knew who he
was. How, she never figured it out, but she never thought of him
again, save for the torture and torment he had put her and her husband
through. This time, she was tormented from a distance, the fear of all
that was holy put into her. She tried to escape, but Remy wouldn't let
her. They figured out the School was in danger and ran there as fast as
they could, only to fall into a trap. She had entered the Danger Room,
while Remy went to the control room and an encounter ensued where
Kendra was injected with the Mutant Cure after a lengthy torture and
brief battle. The Killer escaped and, cured or not, Kendra went in
search of him – alone. Remy, her lover, caught up with her, an argument
ensuing which made the pair vulnerable to being dropped upon by the
Mutant Killer and his minions. A lengthy battle ensued, which was
brought to an abrupt halt when Kendra was grabbed and Remy was
threatened with her life. This was why she had wanted to go alone to
face him. The pair was taken to his hideout and
placed in a room. Remy managed to blow his chains, doing the same to
hers, and they managed to escape only to find themselves in another
room. This one was vast, huge, with earth and trees set up over a metal
floor. How, she didn't know, but the telepathic assault on her mind,
her memories being shown on a screen for her lover to witness was
nearly too much. A revelation was realized: the Mutant Killer was none
other than her missing Uncle Jayson from her home universe. A quiet
plea from her and Remy destroyed the device. The two then escaped into
an underground passage, the door of which she had spotted when on the
ground writhing. From there, they made their way through and eventually
caught up with the Mutant Killer. While Remy faced off with the power
negator, she faced off with her Uncle. Threat after threat ensued then
she did something that had shocked Remy to the
core. Grabbing one of her blades from a tray, she
lunged at Jayson. Family or not, she couldn't allow him to continue to
live. The blade drove deep into her uncle's heart, her eyes never
leaving his. She could feel the warmth of his blood on her skin; the
look as the last bit of life left his eyes. Yet, before he died, he
told her she'd never be able to get rid of him and sent out a bounty for
her life over a mass text message. Jaw clenched, she twisted the
blade, until he took his last shuddering breath. Yanking the knife from
his chest, Jayson's body hit the floor. Right as Remy questioned what
she had done, she spun, throwing the blade with precise accuracy; the
blade slammed into the negator's forehead, who was getting up to
attempt to stab Remy in the back, and he fell dead. Immediately Remy's
powers returned. After gathering their gear, they moved toward the
exit, only for it to be blown open by Cyclops and the other X-Men, who
had come to rescue their colleagues. One day, while
walking, she was attacked by an unknown assailant, a seemingly normal
human trying to mug her. She took him out easily and continued on her
way to the motel, where she was temporarily staying, where she came
face to face with, none other than, the King of Hell himself – Crowley.
With a snap of his fingers, he transported them to his place, where he
proceeded to offer a deal: she would capture the Winchester brothers
for him and, in return, he'd bring the man she loved back from the
dead. Confused, she told him the man she loved was alive but, he showed
her, he was talking about her late husband. Upon realizing her husband
was in Hell itself, she agreed to the deal and she did bring Dean and
Sam to him, even though it went against everything she stood for. When
her husband was freed, their reunion was bittersweet, because of her
love for his counterpart in this universe. Upon realizing Kendra would
never love him, her former husband vanished. She had no idea that what
Crowley had brought back wasn't fully her former husband and went about
her business. Sometime afterward, she went looking
for those who the Killer had targeted, besides her: Rose Kotay (the
woman who, in her universe, had been her mother) and the Doctor. For
this, she decided to contact a person whom she knew, at least from her
universe (and whom she was also related to there): Special Agent Dana
Scully-Mulder. She was followed to FBI headquarters and, right after
her initial meeting with Dana, was attacked by an unknown bounty
hunter. The fight, though they managed to survive, left Kendra poisoned
and weak. Refusing to go to the hospital, she was taken to Dana's
home, where she was able to recover from the poison but, at the
detriment of having one of her secrets known. Together, they went in
search of the two people she was looking for, but came up
empty. Deciding they needed time away, Remy and
Kendra decided to go on a cruise to Paris. Their pleasant trip,
however, was interrupted when Mr. Sinister showed up, right after
Kendra had proposed to Remy. Remy was knocked out almost immediately,
leaving the cured Kendra to fight against Mr. Sinister alone – she
failed and was, eventually, knocked out. Taken to a secret hideout,
deep under the streets of Paris, they both underwent genetic testing
and torture, Kendra more so than Remy. It was during this time period,
drugged and kept mostly unconscious, that their daughter was created –
unknown to the couple. Mr. Sinister, curious about what gifts she
possessed gave Kendra back her powers but that allowed her to resist
the drugs and fight back. Together, Remy and her managed to escape
their inevitable deaths only come face to face with Mr. Sinister on the
surface. He held a small child in his arms, a little girl. Immediately
the couple felt a pull toward the child but couldn't explain why. This
was the start of the rift between the X-Men's power
couple. Exiting the building that would, one day,
become Aces Nightclub she was tranquilized and kidnapped. When she
awoke, she was tied to a chair with bonds that she could not break with
her superhuman strength. In front of her was a man who called himself
Baron Zemo. She had never heard the name before and was defiant to him
until the very end. The last she remembered was being taken to a room
and a grey-haired man barking orders. She was shoved face first onto a
table, the last thing she saw was a sign that said: HYDRA. Then
everything went black. How many months passed, she
didn't know. All she knew was that she was suddenly face to face with
her lover, Gumbo, in a fight to the death. Somehow, he had managed to
break through to her, beginning to undo all the work HYDRA had put into
her. Confusion ensued in her mind. Around her, her friends were
fighting for their lives and what did she do? She begged Gumbo to kill
her; take her life and keep her from hurting anyone. He refused,
instead throwing his staff down and taking her into his arms. Her
sobbing pleas fell on deaf ears as his lips fell upon hers. Picking her
up, Gumbo whisked her away from the fighting, the others falling into a
temporary retreat behind him. The rescue mission was complete. She
stayed with Gumbo for several months, recovering from everything HYDRA
had done to her but, was it really over? Would she ever truly be free
from the brainwashing that had inflicted upon her? She held no memory
of what she had done while in their forceful service – none.
Confused and disoriented by the whirlwind of
emotions she had felt recently, she asked for space from her lover
(Gumbo); she just couldn't love anyone at this point, not until she
figured everything out for herself. Christmas Eve rounded the corner
and she was alone in Aces, after having dropped off a present for her
former lover. Finding Gumbo's gifts for her, she put the locket on,
which had a picture of them from the Cruise (before it had gone to
Hell). Shortly afterward, she ran into her former husband, who
seemed...changed. He was darker, more dangerous, and she could feel it
in the air, the tension between them. He circled her, like a vulture,
ripping the locket from her throat and looking at what was inside; fury
coursed through him and she took the opportunity to run. Making it
outside, she was shocked to find him blocking her way out of the side
alley. She pleaded with him, while surreptitiously placing a call to
Gumbo, who heard everything. Yet, by the time he made it to the club,
all he found was her blood, the locket and her smashed cell phone in the
snow. Kendra awoke in a network of tunnels deep
beneath the subway system of New York City. Upon trying to escape the
first few times, he always found her and dragged her back to the
defunct nuclear fallout shelter. Gumbo was out searching for her, even
though he had no idea where to start. Eventually, Kendra stopped
feeling sorry and tried to escape one last time, this time running into
Gumbo. Their reunion was short lived as her former husband walked up to
the reunited pair. Refusing to let the two men fight over her, she
stood in between them, pleading with what bit of her former husband may
have still been inside. She wasn't backing down, even when he grabbed
her shirt and was getting ready to charge it. She told him to do it,
she'd keep coming back until she got through to him then she hugged him
tightly, sobbing for her best friend to come back to her. When her
former husband's arms wrapped around her in a gentle hug, she knew she
had gotten through to him – her best friend was
back. As the months passed by, she began pushing
everyone away, just as she had Gumbo. She left the X-Men, moved into a
downtown Manhattan apartment and began focusing on her other jobs:
Owner of Aces Nightclub and being a detective for the Westchester
County Police Department, as well as helping the X-Men out, on
occasion. As time passed, she began forgetting more and more of her
life with no idea why. She started to get ill, her body slowly failing
her. In reality, this had started the moment she had arrived but had
been so subtle as to go nearly undetectable. One
night, while staring up at the sky, she gave one silent plea to her
deceased father: she wished he was there to help her understand what was
happening to her. Oh, she missed him so much. Her plea went out, her
Time Lord half unknowingly reaching out to her father; the TARDIS picked
up her cries and whisked her father toward his daughter. What had been
three years for Kendra, had been just days for her father. Ah, the
beauty of Time Travel and the TARDIS being in a dimension/universe all
of its own. She awoke to the sound of a shotgun in
her face and a man screaming hysterically that she was in his home.
Staying calm, she slowly got out of bed, hands in the air. The moment
he dropped his guard, she took him down, knocking him out when he
glanced lustfully at her scantily clad form. Grabbing his gun, she
headed looked out the window to see and feel a warm, summer day. It was
odd, because New York City was actually in the middle of the worst
blizzard they'd seen in years. Getting dressed, she headed downstairs,
only for them to give out. She fell, impaling herself on one of the
metal rods. Slowly, she pulled off and allowed her healing ability to
heal her wounds, but it was taking a long time due to whatever had been
affecting her. Once she was healed enough, she surveyed her living
room, to see it looked like something out of a post-apocalyptic film –
that was, if she ever watched such things. After glancing out the
shattered window, she saw her former lover down below, dressed way to
warmly for the summer weather, and that's when she saw the grotesque
creature shamble into the living room: a Bandersnatch (Resident
Evil). The thing may have had a long, super stretchy
arm, but it was dumb as a box of rocks. It lunged it's arm toward her
and she manifested a bo staff but it grabbed it and yanked it out of
her hands, leaving her to stand in shock. Then the idea struck. It
lunged again and, again, she manifested a bo staff but was prepared
this time, hanging onto it with her own strength when it tried to pull
her toward it. With every ounce of strength she had, she yanked the
staff toward her, ducking and lifting it over her head as the creature
flew at her. Just at the right moment, she stood and released the
staff, turning to watch the creature fall to its death out the window.
SPLAT! (TO BE
CONTINUED) Death - coming soon

biological grandfather’s mutated DNA, Kendra grew exceptionally quick
within her mother’s womb; just like Rose had within Annika’s. Kendra was
brash and angry even while within her mother’s womb. While Rose was
pregnant with Kendra, she was in a battle to the death with Magneto -
only one of them would be allowed to survive. With Rose nearing her
defeat, Kendra awoke inside and her surge of anger flowed through her
mother, unlocking the deepest recesses of Rose’s mind and unleashing a
terrible evil that had been biding its time to come out. This extra
surge of anger, & power, caused Rose to lose control of her
powers. Due to the loss of control, Rose defeated Magneto, burning him
alive but the repercussions were grave. The extra power from Kendra’s
unborn mind not only killed Magneto but nearly killed Rose, as well as
the unborn Kendra. Rose was carried back to the X-Men’s medical
facilities by the Doctor, Kendra’s father, and there Rose received the
proper treatment and on June 17, 2007, Kendra Lee Kotay was born. Due to
the strange mutated DNA Kendra grew fast; within a matter of weeks she
was fully matured. Despite never having a real childhood, Kendra proved
herself to be of exceptional skill. Her mental capacity for learning was
beyond that of a typical child; by the time she was a year old, she was
able to speak 3 languages, pilot a shuttlecraft, tend to engineering
details on her adopted grandfather’s vessel. She stayed in the 24th
century, on the very same starship that her mother had however, it was
upon her return to the 21st century where Kendra learned the most,
planted her roots and decided it was home. Upon her return to
the 21st century, she was enrolled in Xavier’s School for Gifted
Youngsters (otherwise known as the Xavier Institute & the
X-Mansion). There she took classes with Professor McCoy, Ororo Munroe
and even Jean Grey. She trained in her powers with Logan Howlett, as
they had similar abilities; the X-Men became part of an extended family
to Kendra, just as they had to Rose. Kendra may have been bright in most
areas but, there were many areas where she was just like an average
person, for instance relationships. Kendra had many failed relationships
both friendly and romantically, she would wind up alone, consistently
teased by the other students for her heritage and altogether shunned;
due to this, she was a loner and began to resent the other students. She
found solace however, in her studies and training, finding them to be a
good release for her anger. Seeing this, a few students went out of
their way to befriend her - Bobby Drake, Anna Marie & Kitty
Pryde, however while friendly towards them, she didn’t allow the
friendships to flourish and instead pulled deeper within her shell and
away from the people who cared. Her luck changed one
day when she was having class outside; Professor McCoy had taken the
class off of school grounds, to teach them philosophy, when the
Brotherhood attacked. Most of the more well-trained students stood
ground with their Professor, regardless of his orders to run, and Kendra
was one of those students. Using her powers, Kendra manifested a Bo
staff into her hands and began to fight against a white skinned, dark
haired, red-eyed man who was also using a Bo staff. Shortly, the
Brotherhood members retreated and the students began to tend to their
wounded. As Kendra helped with the wounded, she noticed the red-eyed man
limping and was instantly drawn to him - not many people were able to
put up the type of fight he had, and she found it exhilarating. Walking
up to the limping red-eyed man, she offered her services but he refused
and disappeared from her sight. Kendra would often wonder about this
mysterious man. The way she fought to protect the other students and the
Professor caused the X-Men to bring her into the team. It wasn’t long
until she met him again, through her mother; it was her mother’s way of
trying to play matchmaker and help two lonely souls get together. They
struck up an instant friendship, both drawn to each other but, neither
of them admitting they were falling for each other. Gambit hung around
as Kendra went through many romantic entanglements, that led nowhere.
One day, the two went to a secret spot that Gambit had showed her, a
spot that had become their place to get away from it all; Kendra
admitted she had enough with romance and had decided to give up on it;
that she was jealous of the relationship her parents had. Gambit told
her not to give up, and it was there that two hearts opened up to each
other - the start of the romantic relationship between Remy LeBeau and
Kendra Kotay. Shortly thereafter the unlocked recesses
of Rose’s mind (the ones Kendra unlocked while she was in the womb)
began to take hold fully and her mother started to go crazy. No one saw
it at first, not even Kendra as she was too focused on studies, training
and Remy. One night, while she was in her room, Kendra heard the sounds
of something horrible happening outside; throwing on her robe, Kendra
fled the mansion and found the source of the commotion, and her run came
to a screeching halt as she saw her father stab her mother, effectively
killing her. The shock and horror of seeing something that gruesome
caused Kendra to flee to the man she knew she could trust - Gambit.
Unable to cope with the tragedy, she stayed with Gambit at his home in
the woods for a few weeks, unaware that her mother had been resurrected,
her father had gone crazy and been put back together, and that Annika,
Chakotay, Tom and Tuvok had disappeared. When she did go back to the
Institute she was greeted with all the stories of what had happened
while she was gone. Furious, she confronted her father about what she
had seen and he told her he had no idea what she was talking about; this
began the resentment toward her mother. Shortly after
her grandmother was rescued, she heard about her grandfather’s death.
Not long after her grandmother gave birth to her uncle, Jayson Neil
Kotay, Annika was kidnapped. Rose managed to find where her mother was
held and gathered a team, made up a few of her fellow X-Men, to rescue
her; they found Annika nearly dead after Dr. Malicious had been using
his technology to extract the Borg nanoprobes from Annika’s bloodstream.
When Annika was better, she went on a mission for Starfleet,
disappeared and, eventually, was presumed dead. Kendra went to the
funerals but never wept for her lost family and friends, instead, unable
to cope being at the Institute any longer, she left the school, and the
X-Men, and moved in with Gambit permanently. A deeper resentment for
her mother began to boil under the surface and she secretly, and
unfairly, blamed Rose for all the trouble. Through it all Gambit stayed
by her side and the two grew even closer, a deeper connection forming
between the lovers. On the spur of the moment, and to cheer Kendra up,
Gambit took her back to their secret spot where he proposed to her -
Kendra accepted but the happiness was short
lived. Their first attempt at getting married was a
disaster, Gambit never showed up, leaving Kendra standing there in her
wedding gown looking like a fool. In her despair, she had told everyone
to go home and sat crying in the reception hall; there she was attacked
by a man, who went by the name Wentworth; a minor fight ensued and
Kendra had some of her life force pulled out of her. She was found by
Malak on the ground and made her way to the mansion. As she pulled up,
in her torn wedding gown, she saw Quatre and Remy on the front porch -
he had missed the wedding after being attacked by Death. Kendra used her
accelerated healing and, through the use of some scientific tricks Hank
came up with, passed it over to Remy, healing his wounds but weakening
herself in the process. Even in his weakened state, he still wanted to
go after the being, nicknamed Death, and destroy it. Kendra pleaded with
him to let her help, but he wouldn’t have it, so Kendra did the next
best thing – she asked Quatre to bring him back to her. Kendra didn’t
see Remy for over two whole months- Kendra had no idea
what had happened to him during those long, arduous months so she left
the house and went on a road trip of her own, where she met a friendly
vampire named Lucifer; the two struck up a quick friendship. However,
she left and went back home as Christmas rolled around; she hung around
inside the mansion, wishing for a Christmas miracle. Shortly after, Remy
returned, weak and injured; the two reunited, Kendra’s miracle was
answered. Their reunion lasted for a few months, then Gambit had to
leave for the weekend, which didn’t bother Kendra and she saw her love
off. The last day he was gone, Kendra had started doing some remodeling
to the cabin in the woods and left to get some supplies, when she
returned she noticed a few things were off. Thinking that Gambit came
home early she hurried inside and was ambushed by Magneto, Pyro and
Mystique. That ambush ended with Kendra forcibly being injected with the
Mutant Cure, beaten and left nearly dead, as a warning to Gambit and
the X-Men. When Gambit returned home that evening, he found his love
unconscious in the hallway and took her to the X-Men for treatment. When
she began to recover, Kendra told Gambit exactly what had happened and
that Magneto had mentioned Rose by name. Gambit left Kendra in the care
of the X-Men and went in immediate search of Rose, unaware that Rose had
been Magneto’s first victim and had already been found by another
X-Man, Firecracker. Gambit talked to Rose and found she also had been
given the Mutant Cure and that Jayson had been kidnapped by Magneto -
seemingly never to be seen again. A few months after
everyone recovered, Kendra went with Remy to Hawaii where they eloped (a
few friends were there to watch and celebrate with them); neither of
them told many people where they were going. Right after saying, ‘I do,’
they were attacked by Vlad, a demon who had a vendetta against Kendra’s
new husband. By this time Kendra had already gone through one
regeneration, which Remy’s nemesis didn’t know about, and to pay him
back for killing his bride, Vlad planned on doing the same to Kendra. A
skeleton army was summoned, keeping everyone separated from each other.
Kendra watched out for Katrina (the human girlfriend of Beo's) and when
she became worried about her, she called out to Beo, who came and took
Katrina away from the fight. The fight continued, Remy and Kendra were
separated from each other, neither able to get to the other and Kendra
watched as he was flung into the ocean. When she tried to run to him,
she was caught by some of the skeleton army and held in place. Unable to
get to her new husband, she called Beo who returned and rescued the
unconscious Gambit out of the water. Vlad’s laugh, a laugh she’ll never
forget for as long as she’ll live, echoed around her as he plunged a
knife deep into one of her hearts. At the same time, Beo turned around
and screamed as he saw her get stabbed. Kendra muttered Gambit’s name as
her body hit the sandy beach; her hands wrapping around the dagger and
pulling it out of her, as Beo rushed to her side, laying Gambit in the
sand beside them. A visage of her grandfather appeared before her eyes,
in her mind, then that one heart stopped beating, her other was unable
to handle the stress of her damage and stopped also – she was
dead. Gambit awoke, confused about what had happened but,
when he saw Kendra dead and bleeding in the sand, everything came back
to him. Knowing she would regenerate, he stayed away from her body, then
a bright, golden light emitted from her and when it vanished she had
changed; the same person just a different body. Kendra remembered
everything, even if her personality was slightly different. The two went
back to their hotel room, while Beo went to tell Katrina what had
happened. In the hotel room, Kendra pressed Remy about who Vlad was and
what Gambit had actually done. After he explained everything, in eerily
vivid detail, they went to bed. When she awoke, she left a note for him,
got dressed and went in search of Vlad, finding him hidden inside a
volcano cave. A fight ensued and she lost, again, but instead of being
killed he cast a spell and her body was inhabited by that of his long
lost love, Nikhol. Possessed, Nikhol/Kendra went back to the hotel to
find a very worried Gambit; having all of Kendra’s memories, and feeling
her struggling within the mind to escape for just a moment, she conned
the conman. After gaining Gambit’s trust, she tricked him; more like
lured him, into a false sense of security. Eventually Nikhol messed up
and Gambit realized what had happened to Kendra, but before he could get
to her, Nikhol fled without a trace and he went back to North Salem –
alone. Over the next few months, Nikhol gained more
control over Kendra’s body, learning her powers and using them
lustfully, wanting more. Nikhol, unaware of what was happening back at
the mansion, between Gambit and Kendra’s mother, went to Vlad to capture
and kill Gambit but, it was them who walked into the trap this time,
just outside North Salem. A battle occurred and Nikhol was magically
driven out of Kendra’s body, once Gambit killed Vlad once and for all.
Back to her normal self, Gambit told Kendra it was over and it wasn’t
her fault; that he just had to go off on his own to think. Her pleas
fell on deaf ears as Gambit brushed her off and left her, supposedly
because being with him was too dangerous. When Kendra returned home, she
found that Professor Xavier and Scott Summers were both killed and she
went to battle against Magneto and his Brotherhood. During this battle
she fought mostly on the sidelines, but she attacked Magneto, furious
about the torture he’d put her family and friends
through. All the anger, the rage, that had built up
inside of Kendra, she was finally able to unleash on the one person she
despised the most – the man who was responsible for ‘curing’ her all
that time ago. He had attacked her in her home and left her for dead, if
it hadn’t been for Gambit – the man she had married only for him to
leave her. How could he do that to her?! Kendra ran at Magneto,
manifesting a Bo staff; she hadn’t thought about his control over metal
and was more surprised when the metal staff flew out of her hands and
wrapped itself around her. She landed on the ground with a hard thud,
the scratches and cuts healing nearly instantaneously as the metal staff
tightened its hold. She could feel it crushing and squeezing her organs
and bones, holding back a scream of pain. Logan’s deafening roar was
heard nearby as he saw his protégé being tortured and he, in spite of
the danger to himself, went to save her. Kendra saw Logan get lifted
into the air, the adamantium being pulled every which direction. She
tried to use her strength to break out of the metal pole, but it was
consistently squeezing tighter. She watched as Magneto withdrew Logan’s
claws and aimed them at her chest; both parties gazing at each other in
fear. In the next instant Logan was flying at her and his claws went
through her chest, into her hearts and one of her lungs; Kendra’s eyes
went wide, her mouth dropped open as Logan screamed. Neither was able to
move, then Magneto ripped Logan away from her, dropping them both to
the ground and releasing them from his powers. Logan scrambled to
her side, ripping the Bo staff from around her body and held the
bleeding young woman in his arms. Blood began to dribble out of her
mouth as she tried to speak; her eyes grew dimmer, glazing over as pain
slowly started to subside, mere squeaks coming from her open mouth as
she took her final breath in her trainer’s arms. When she was dead,
Logan roared ferociously and held her body to his. Not knowing she would
regenerate into a new form, he buried his protégé; it was there Kendra
regenerated and awoke. In a panic she broke the casket and clawed her
way out of the damp earth; disoriented and confused Kendra fled. Over
the next few months, she fell into even more despair. She had left the
X-Men long before this, so when she heard they had disbanded, she barely
blinked an eye. She moved into an apartment of her own, still choosing
to live in North Salem. She filed for a legal divorce from Gambit and,
instead of taking her maiden name back, she took that of her father’s
alias – Smith. After all, she had always been closer to her father than
her mother, so it seemed to make sense; she just had no clue if he would
ever find out. Having a new last name meant that she could keep herself
hidden easier, or at least she hoped. It was during
this time alone, that she had caught a newscast on television; the
newscaster was talking about Lex Luthor (once a family friend, turned
enemy) and a fire that had broken out as one of his hidden facilities
owned by LexCorp, also she saw live images from the scene, watching as
Superman lifted up her mother and disappeared. Well, she didn't have to
be a brainiac to know what had happened - Lex had pissed her mother off.
She switched off the TV and rode her Harley to Metropolis, as fast as
she possibly could. Once in Metropolis General, she had it out with
Mercy, then advanced on the injured, but rapidly healing, Lex. He, of
course, didn't recognize her - at first. It was there, in that hospital
room, that she made a deal with the devil - a deal that would nearly
cost her, her life. They had planned it perfectly.
They crashed her parents' wedding, only to find her father had stood
Rose up. The thought that her father had come to his senses, pleased the
young brunette however, it was seeing her husband there that set her
mind aflame. Sure, he hadn't known it was her until - until her mother
had fallen from the precipice. She had shouted 'mother,' while within
earshot of Remy, who then knew who she was. But, before he could make
his way to her, Lex scooped her up and they fled the scene. They arrived
at the Kent Farm, outside the barn, in time to see Clark and Rose
kissing. Fury consumed her as she went directly to the barn and p the
stairs. Lex dealt with Clark, while she took care of her mother; Rose
wouldn't fight her, which was just fine. With the two of them working
together, Lex and Kendra captured Clark and Rose, and took them to
another of Lex's facilities. Three weeks later, Kendra
had realized that Superman had gone missing. Between her father's note,
Clark's capture and Superman going AWOL, she began to put the pieces
together. Upon seeing the torture Clark and Rose were enduring, she fled
to a bar, to gather her thoughts. While there, the bartender called her
La Tourmente L'ame...The Tormented Soul. After chatting with him for a
while, she realized she still had an opportunity to correct her wrongs.
She went back to the facility; she snuck into Clark's Kryptonite lined
cell and asked him, flat out if he was Superman (having explained her
thoughts as to why). Right as he nodded, Lex interrupted them - she
wouldn't be able to save them right then. Heading to his office, she
told Lex she couldn't work for him anymore but, knowing it would happen,
he offered her one last job - to capture a man who was killing mutant
women. He knew she'd never be able to turn it down, and he had been
right. Traveling to Raleigh, North Carolina, she began
to research the cases of the women killed by the Mutant Killer. Her
manhunt would come to her door, however, when the killer's power
negating colleague attacked. Having been watching, Remy came to her aid
the moment she called him. In the end, their reunion was shortlived;
they were attacked again and they lost. With Remy mortally wounded,
after having been stabbed by a scalpel, Kendra stopped fighting to be by
his side. Her tears fell upon him but she was paralyzed and taken away
before they could heal his wounds. Remy went in search
of his wife, at the tauntings of the killer himself. However, by the
time he got there, she had already managed to escape her bonds only to
wind up in a creepy game of sorts - she had to survive each trial, while
not having the use of her powers. If she failed, she would die like his
other victims. On the outside, Remy worked on a way to free her, while
fighting off the killer's thugs. On the inside, Kendra managed to make
her way through the unwinnable game with her brains, natural athleticism
and agility.

Guidelines
Disclaimer Kendra is a fictional character from my own mind. She
was created as the daughter to a different character and the Doctor.
Her playby is subject to change at my whim, if I decide to have her go
through a complete regeneration. If she will, warning will be given in
advance. Pictures on this page were found by me and edited, either from Tumblr or from screencap websites.
Rules
I'm
actually quite easy to get along, even if these are in depth. I have
been role-playing since late 2005/early 2006, so they have evolved over
the years. Many times I've tried to shorten them, only to have to lay
them out in depth for everyone all over again. Read these in their
entirety. If you don't, you will be subject to deletion. I am here to
write and I don't really like to have my time wasted. Sign with anything
(other than "Read & understood"), plus a gif/picture of your
character.
Thank you.
Writing Style I write in multi-para and novella
style, though I hate labeling myself as such since I write what my muse
gives me. I prefer to try to give out at least four solid paragraphs
but, sometimes, it can be difficult if I don't have much to work with.
With that dais, however, I do tend to lean more toward novella than
anything else. I can write anywhere from 3-4 paragraphs all the way up
to 20+. Don't ask me to write less for you, I won't do it. If this is a
problem, please delete yourself off my page now. I write in
third person format. Personally, I don't particularly care what format
you write in (first or third) but I do find reading and responding to
third person format a lot easier than first person.
Spelling and Grammar I
can be a bit of a grammar nazi with my work, not anyone elses. I tend
to be a bit of a perfectionist, even though I always find something that
I should have fixed prior to sending out. I do have a mild form of
dyslexia, which is why I am such a perfectionist when it comes to my
writing. So, I do understand how tough it can be for others. However, if
I can't understand what you are trying to express in your writing then I
will probably not respond. At our ages we should know how to put a
sentence together easily enough, with the proper punctuation. Don't give
me something that is a constant run-on through a whole paragraph - it's
annoying.
Starters I don't particularly care who sends out
the starter. Don't ask me to do it, however. It should be whoever would
be better to start off. If you tell me you're not good with writing
starters, I will refuse to do so outright. The reason behind this? We
all have to start somewhere. Please note, I will accept
random/semi-random starters, within reason.
Replies I will
get to them on my time, not yours. Lately real life has been giving me a
good, swift kick in the ass, which has made replies slow. If you have a
problem with not getting a reply back in a few days time, you can
simply find your way off my list. I have plenty of others who will be
patient. Now, I am a patient person when it comes to others replying to
me, so I expect the same courtesy in return. I also don't always
reply in the order they are received. Sometimes one storyline may be
easier or I may just simply be more invested in a storyline with someone
else. Either way, you will definitely get a response back from me.
Storylines I
write as if each storyline is an episode part of a larger season. I
find it easier to write this way, because it makes it a lot more fluid
when I go to write up summaries to add to her biography. If you are
multi-storyline, please have some respect that I am not. A storyline
with me is almost a guarantee that you'll become a part of her history
and expansion. I will not write multiples of the same storyline. It shows a lack of creativity and it's not fair to me or you other writers.
Messages Messages
are strictly for out of character discussion and interaction. I do not
role-play through messages for the simple fact I get lots of messages in
my inbox. Role-plays would get lost in the midst of everything else in
there. And that's just not fair to you, the other writers.
Comments Comments
are for 1x1 role-play. I prefer this because I am to keep track of them
this way. Once I send out a reply, and I'm certain the other has
received it, I delete the one that was sent to me. The reason being is I
save everything I write with others. I find it easier to delete what I have replied to, since it helps me see whose I still need to work on.
Blogs and Groups I will use blogs or groups for storylines dealing with three people or more. It is easier for me to keep track of that way.
Open Group Storylines I
also participate in open group storylines set up by others on a very
frequent basis. And I would highly suggest you do the same.
Greetings I don't mind
greetings at all, since they are used to simply break the ice between
writers. These can be sent to my comments or messages. I will respond,
in due time, I promise. I will always respond in messages.
Progressing the Storyline This
is a pet peeve of mine. If you don't, or won't, help to progress the
storyline then I will lose interest in the story all together. This is
not meant as an offense to anyone, it's just a hassle when I'm the only
person carrying the full weight on my shoulders. I mean, I'm creative
but even I sometimes hit a roadblock.
Maturity Kendra is not a
princess in need of a knight in shining armor; she is the knight.
Therefore, I write everything from foul language to drugs to gore. I
will not write incest or rape, however. I ask that people be 18 years of
age or older. I know there may be some who are younger, who may be
quite a bit more mature for their age, but I refuse to be held liable
for you seeing something that you shouldn't. Enough said.
Trigger Warning Everyone
has their own triggers. Without knowing what a specific person's
triggers are, you are being warned here. I do not, nor have ever, placed
a trigger warning on my writing. If you have not read these rules and
you see something that has a trigger for you, you have been warned here.
If you complain, then I will know you didn't read these rules to begin
with.
Godmoding/Autoing Please, don't do this. I am perfectly
capable of writing my own character. I often allow my character to take
hits from others, but I know the damage it will do to her better than
you do. In fact, I am kinda known for letting my characters get beat to
Hell. Kendra, however, bounces back fairly quick depending on the type
of attack.
Killing/Forced Regeneration Only I'm able to put
her through a forced regeneration, not you. I know how much damage she
can take before: her healing factor has trouble catching up; she goes
into a Time Lord coma; she "dies" and has to regenerate.
Pic4Pic I
don't do it. You're welcome to comment my pictures, I don't mind. I,
however, don't comment pictures unless I get the gumption to do so. So,
if you do comment mine, don't expect one back. I am fairly busy and
don't always have the time to do this. Apologies in advance.
You Add, You Start
This is one of the biggest B.S. and elitist things I have seen in rules
lately. It shouldn't matter who added whom, since we're all here for
the same thing. If you have a problem with this, tough. I am not here to
cater to someone else's whim. I am here to write, relax and have fun.
Share Outs Don't
ask me to share you out, I won't do it right away. Why? Too many times
people have asked me to share them out, so I do, only to find a few days
to a week later the person deleted. So, due to this, I won't be sharing
people out unless they can prove they're not going to disappear. And,
even then, it will be on my time; not yours.
Drama In
character drama is great, I love it. Out of character drama - not so
much. If you have a problem with someone I am writing with, or someone
on my friends list, you can either delete me or (better yet) ignore
them. I don't mind if you send me a warning ONCE in a message but I'll
decide what to do over it.
Whiners and Bullies I don't
appreciate those who constantly whine and/or bully others. If I witness
it, you'll be deleted without a word. If you come whining to me over one
thing or another, I will delete you.
Constantly Making then Deleting This
gets under my skin. If you're going to make a profile, write. Don't up
and delete; it screws up storylines, especially if there are multiple
others involved. It's not fair to the other writers when someone does
that.
Relationships Kendra can tend to be a bit of a flirt
but only if it's needed to get out of an extreme situation, or she's
undercover and trying to glean information from someone. She can be very
sarcastic and overly serious, until another character gets to really
know her. Flat out, Kendra can be a total bitch when pissed off so pray
your character doesn't wind up on her sh*t list. Kendra is straight, not bi or lesbian. If you ever see in stream that I state otherwise, it is simply a joke. I
will warn you right now, don't try to get into a relationship with
Kendra. She is very closed off and distrusting of others. Meaning trying
to get into a relationship with her is very difficult. Now, she's been
in a few relationships in her life, but she's not going to fall for just
anyone - she's extremely picky.
If our characters do get into a
relationship with each other, please don't just abandon your profile. I
understand if real life pulls you away, it does to me all the time. I
also understand taking a hiatus. If she winds up getting into a
relationship, it will be stated so on my profile, not in here. Why?
Because it's just easier that way and it's there for everyone to see
straight off.
Activity I am a wife and mother of four in real
life, that means my activity on here is fairly limited. Granted, I
probably have more free time than most but I have responsibilities and
people who rely on me outside of this site. They will always take
precedence over this place, as they should. Patience with me will go
far, I promise you that.
Out of Character I am fine with
this. I will always do storyline discussions out of character. I am a
very friendly person, OOC, and do not hide the fact of my kids first
names, or my husband's. The only name, however, that you shall know me
by is Rose - that is my middle name and it's the only one I freely give
out to everybody. Anyone, who really knows me OOC, will tell you I'm an
open book and I wear my heart on my sleeve. BUT, I do have a dark side
so, whatever you do, try not to get on it. "No second chances. I'm that
type of woman." (Bonus points it you know where that tweaked quote is
from.)
Lurkers and Stalkers If
I find you are doing just that you will go bye bye. I have dealt with
those in my time role-playing and have no qualms in using the block
button.
Addendum I think that is all. I will add onto this,
if I deem it necessary. Now, if you've read this far, please sign
these... Sign with anything (other than "Read & understood"), plus a
gif/picture of your character. Thank you.
